As a result, all orders from Nemanskaya 6 went only to this place, but after the incident that happened yesterday, any desire to come here disappeared ... I ordered shoes for the wedding and many other parcels, went into the fitting room. Up to this point (01/15/2024), the marriage was quietly revealed during fitting and the item was returned. Yesterday I just went into the fitting room for 1-2 minutes, I go out and inform you that the marriage and the shoes are for return (such a marriage that you can not create in a couple of minutes). The employee Olga refused to accept, according to her, "this is such a rule, stand and check the goods under the cameras. You replaced him, I do not know. Or they ruined it themselves. Not my problem. Pay, pick up and contact the seller yourself." I explain both by law and by public agreement that I have the right to return the goods upon detection on the spot. Moreover, it is worth a lot. With the most displeased face, refusals were told to me. Abruptly, a sticker is taken from the counter where Olga's employee was standing, that the check is only under the cameras. According to the law, the employee who provides the service did not notify me in writing (this sticker was not in a prominent place in the PVZ). The words spoken by the employee have no weight. These rules are not written on any website. To the question of why then this sticker is nowhere to be found. Olga explained that there is a large load, and these are your problems that you do not know. I returned home with a spoiled mood and written off money. I contacted the seller and about the surprise… The answer is in the post. It's a horror that such employees work with people. Neither sociability, nor friendliness, and also properly uneducated. I had to ask for help in applying for a refund when I explained that this was the first time I had encountered this and had been using the WB for more than 3 years. And then after the request, everything was done through clenched teeth. At home, it turned out that the refund request was not executed correctly. The seller did not respond until she really figured it out and reissued the application. It's scary to imagine if a man came at an advanced age. As a result, I would have been left without money, and with low-quality goods. Then the employee voiced references in the conversation (she sat and studied it with me) to a public agreement, according to which she was obliged to accept the goods… After my question, what is the normalized sticker that she took out from her bosom, which is not normalized by the rules of the World Bank or the public agreement, there was no answer. Even if I opened the product on the counter, these defects are not visible from the side and were only revealed during fitting. Horror
