Nice office, clean. Polite staff - there was a man on the issue. We visited this point for the first time. There was a hitch with the product code, but the employee quickly sorted it out. And there was a problem with payment, again, this employee helped, suggested options, which we used to get out of this situation. Everyone was satisfied.

The staff was competent, but they couldn't arrange delivery in any way, free shipping is attached to the parcel, I couldn't go out and pick it up with a small child, I arranged the delivery so apparently because of the free service it just wasn't handed over to the courier, I had to order Yandex delivery and overpay.
