The employee did not find the product "ready for delivery", put it on the search, two days after returning to the pick-up point, she reminded him about the search for the lost order, to which the answer was received: "yes, probably." The order was not delivered, and an hour later the status "ready for delivery" appeared in the application. The pick-up point was visually a mess.
