Terrible rude service!!! 12/30/2024 An employee named Anastasia was rude, threatened, and ridiculed visitors. I just had terrible impressions of this manager's behavior. No badge with the full name, no contact to contact the owner of the PVZ. We will have to look for the owner, contact the police with a statement about the boorish behavior of Anastasia's manager. I would not advise anyone to be serviced at this pick-up point.

I ordered 2 jackets and pants, tried them on, chose one jacket, told the girl I was taking it away, it was a refund in RUSSIAN, in the end I returned both jackets and one pair of pants, I took one pair of pants. It would be possible to give a negative rating, I would put -5

The employee Alesya (today she was wearing a blue sweatshirt or bike, with a tail, thick build, height about 170-174, at first glance not a friendly woman) clearly lacks manners, rules and norms of communication with clients, customer orientation is zero. I consider it necessary to replace this employee with a more friendly and competent one at best, and at worst to send him at his own expense for professional development and certification. The bottom line is that we take the goods with our wife at this PVZ from this employee for the second time, while the latter has obvious signs of aggression and rudeness, she enters into a dialogue, asking stupid and rude questions that relate to the personal opinion and choice of the client, namely one of them: why did you order this again The product, didn't you order it last time?!Do I have to pay for refunds from my own pocket?! At the same time, the employee does not react to repeated remarks to change the tone, introduce herself, apologize, believes that everything is fine on her part, that she adequately serves customers, thereby confirming her actions with an audio recording from video surveillance cameras. In addition, he allows himself to communicate by phone outside the cameras and while waiting for clients. I think if you get any fines and still work there, there's nothing to whine and pour all the dirt on the first client you come across, because you are to blame for your problems, so change your place of work, go somewhere for three kopecks where there will be neither people nor fines.
At the same time, I will add that on the last visit, which was approximately a week ago, she also spoke rudely in our direction, took the initiative in the dialogue and she did not even deign to look for the goods (scrapers), but simply said: "let me cancel them, and you order new ones." I think that this employee is absolutely not suitable for this service, on Partizansky Ave., 13, the work is much better than the top employees in comparison, now it is clear why there is always a queue.
