I received orders 2 times. Everything is fine. Quickly and without problems. The guy answered politely. The package was tracked. Everything came in one piece. The Wildberries branch is located in the basement. The pointer down the stairs is not very noticeable.

We arrived at 14:20 -closed. No phone number, no other contact information. We waited for 30 minutes, no one came. Maybe a lunch break, but again no data on this.
