The service at the pick-up point is excellent, I use it all the time, as everything suits me and is close to home, it is very nice when you are greeted by friendly people 👍👍👍

The staff is normal, there are very accommodating and friendly people who want to come again, but the fitting rooms require correction, twisting loose or broken handles and bins, rough shovels, a lot of sand and garbage. I understand that it's not them who litter and break and bend the Blades, but the visitors, and that I feel Spanish shame, but it's not very pleasant to be in such a fitting room. The specific smell of the air freshener is confusing (this is my personal subjective opinion, like in a toilet). There are also flimsy accessories for opening goods.
