They don't give me the order, I rely on some kind of rule that says you need to pay a certain amount with a bank card, when I specified cash payment when ordering, I threw off my mother's QR code, she came to pick up the order and they gave her such stuff. Although I didn't even have a map added to Wildberrys. I specified cash and payment upon receipt of the order, so as not to bother adding the card. And I removed the card from Wildberries so that money would not be debited from the card and things would not be automatically paid for from the basket. I've seen this happen more than once, and then you turn to support. And support can't help in any way, that's why I deleted the card so that this wouldn't happen. And right now, at this point, you need to pay with the card that you placed the order with. The question is, from which card? If the order is in cash and upon receipt!!!!

An employee of the Wildberries pick-up point behaves extremely rudely and unacceptably. She was late for work, and when I commented on this, she rudely stated that she came "whenever she wanted." Then she began to use foul language, behaved aggressively and defiantly. As a result, she refused to give out the paid goods without any grounds. Such behavior is unacceptable and grossly violates customer service standards and rights. I ask you to conduct an internal audit, evaluate the actions of the employee and take strict disciplinary measures, including the issue of her dismissal.
