The situation is as follows: Wildbury wrote off money for purchases from a deleted card belonging to a friend, used his card for a one-time order and immediately deleted three years ago. The whole absurdity lies in the fact that at the time of payment my card was active and with enough money to pay. And previous purchases were successfully paid with this card. That is, wildbury just like that, without reason or explanation, used someone else's deleted card, without even notifying the buyer. I did not receive any adequate explanations for the questions in the appeals. I found out about the write-off after the fact from a friend to whom I had to apologize and transfer the amount written off to his account. I didn't have a notification about write-offs enabled and couldn't even imagine that such a thing could happen and didn't immediately check my balance. By the way, they do not provide receipts for purchases, I asked them to send them several times, but in vain. The same thing happened last month, I waited a month for receipts, although I am required by law to provide them at the time of payment.
