I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 1. They created a problem for me out of the blue. At first, one employee did not offer or give me a screwdriver to open the goods on the PVZ. And I had to buy it back before the inspection, take it home, open it there, make a refund (the color did not match), and drag it back. The second employee, Andrey, gutted everything when returning, opened what I hadn't even opened, tore up the packaging, examined the product under a magnifying glass, rubbed his finger, and eventually refused to return, saying that there was a defect. Even the summoned law enforcement agencies could not see this marriage. Applications and complaints have been written, I did not expect such service. The employee of the Pvz behaved rudely even in front of police officers, did not hesitate to demonstrate personal hostility.

PVZ has been working for a long time, for several years. This is not the closest point to my house, but I place orders here. It's clean here!!! Even in bad weather, even when there are a lot of people, the point is generally neat. The cabins are conveniently located and spacious. There is a stand along the wall where you can view and try out the goods. I see that the staff here are changing, but at the same time everyone is friendly, works quickly, is tactful and polite.
