She brought the goods for return due to the inappropriate size, and the employee expressed her dissatisfaction with me because of the quantity of the goods and asked me to help her do her job (unpack the goods along with the packaging), but when I refused, she began to behave inappropriately. Namely, she communicated using sarcasm, allowed herself rudeness. Communicating with the use of sarcasm with pronounced rudeness is inappropriate in the service sector. This service caused me insulting feelings, it is unacceptable for an employee to communicate with a client in this style. I believe that the employee does not comply with the company's standards and deliberately spoils the company's reputation by leaving a negative impression of the service of this pick-up point. I ask you to take measures and notify me of the result in writing.
