2 times I can't return the item. 1 time it was because of a small speck of dust/dirt on the back. After tidying up the house, it's cleaned up and everything is perfectly clean. And at the very next arrival, there is supposedly a small strip, WHICH is ALSO JUST FROM DUST. The thing is perfectly white. Like an idiot, I went home with this thing for the second time. I understand that this is not an employee's problem, but it's not a MARRIAGE, you can just almost remove it with your hand. Well, it's just nonsense.....

An employee of the pick-up point mistakenly canceled the wrong order unit and as a result, we were unable to receive any of the items from the order. There are no questions about the pick-up point. It is well equipped and conveniently located. A question for the professional analysis of a particular employee.
