I really liked it. The next day I decided to put it on. I chose a leather strap and fastened it. I left the house and got into a taxi. And then there was a shock As soon as I got out of the taxi, the bag tore at the place where the strap was attached!!! The horror!!! Upon further inspection, it was also found that a rivet was lost somewhere. The bag didn't last an hour. And the most interesting thing is that the service said that there are no bad reviews for the product, so a refund is not possible. Another phrase of the Wildberry service was generally shocked: "And anyway, it's not known what you did with it." I took you guys by taxi!!! That's the product!!!They did it badly, so the client was also to blame! Bravo, gentlemen, customer focus is 1000%!!!

Do not make a refund due to the lack of negative reviews that cannot be published!!! The story did not end there. I found that it is possible to ask questions to the seller about the product. She told me the situation. The seller is ready to refund the money. Requests to apply for a refund. I call the service to make an application, I tell them, 15 minutes of waiting. And the service refuses to refund me!!! He doesn't see a reason. It's terrible, I've never encountered such arrogance anywhere else.
