The employee, besides being rude, also said that there was no money on the card. As a result, it turned out that she had already made a payment once, which was shown by the bank application and apparently tried to make the payment again, and of course there was not enough money, because the card is specially designed for such orders, and I transfer only the necessary amount. Instead of looking at it carefully, she started accusing me that I probably already paid for it myself. Although I didn't even know which 2 positions out of 3 my mother chose. And all this time she was being rude. The question is, why choose such a job?
