Today I had the honor to visit this pick-up point and again cross paths with an absolutely incomplete employee (a woman). Not only is she looking for goods for a very long time, she goes to the warehouse (but no longer for goods) while people are waiting for her, she is also rude. Situation: this woman broke through my product and says that there are not enough funds, although my money was debited. And she's leaving. She waited for her for 5 minutes, then came back and said, "It's okay, you'll have to wait." And the guy standing in line in front of me to pick up the order was rudely kicked out. And this is not the first incident with this particular employee. She either punched me with the wrong product and just laughed without remorse. And a few days ago, she actually shoved me and had zero reaction. I don't usually write reviews, but this is a mess.

I came to the World Bank today to get the product. At first it was just closed, then there was a 20-minute break. I ordered two products. They gave me one right away, and they were looking for the second one in principle with cheeky treatment and inappropriate language, saying that it was my fault because I came to pick up my product, but she couldn't find it. A queue of 20 people gathered. But everyone was waiting for her to find my product in principle. I don't remember the woman's name, she worked on 09/08/2025 according to the schedule. You can find it. This is not the first time she has been treated like this. I would like to address the staff of the World Bank. Let them conduct a good selection for the position of an employee, as it is unbearable to tolerate such an attitude! If a person is not allowed to work with people, then let him not work. We should not tolerate such an attitude.
