We ordered a car wash with courier delivery. We paid for the purchase. The courier brought the goods, gave them back and left. The box was wrapped with duct tape on top. The house was opened, the body of the sink was broken, the box inside was damaged. They called both the courier and the delivery point. No one is answering. I wrote in my personal account, they replied that the product is non-refundable. What is our fault? Why deceive people like that?

The location of the pick-up point is wonderful! We walk from Polykovich to pick up parcels. There are never queues. The staff is always friendly, always answer questions, help and prompt if something is not clear.
