The opening hours of the pick-up points are without lunch. I humanly informed him that I was in a hurry. But he still told me to wait another 7 minutes. This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude towards myself. Additionally, I would like to note that the young man did not want to introduce himself and provoked a conflict. I can't rate this pick-up point through the app, and I may have had this opportunity restricted.

We ordered a car wash with courier delivery. We paid for the purchase. The courier brought the goods, gave them back and left. The box was wrapped with duct tape on top. The house was opened, the body of the sink was broken, the box inside was damaged. They called both the courier and the delivery point. No one is answering. I wrote in my personal account, they replied that the product is non-refundable. What is our fault? Why deceive people like that?
