There's no queue at the PVZ, or I'm just lucky. The room is small, which is why a lot of goods are stored in the order room, right on the floor. The shelves (racks) in the order storage warehouse are made of wood, most likely by Soviet schoolchildren in labor lessons. The warehouse is filled with goods so that the operator (or "dispenser") it is lost from which angle to start searching for an order, which drags on for quite a long time.
