The PVZ employee refused to accept the goods back according to the approved application. She demanded that I register a good product as a marriage. To my well-founded objections that the product was not defective, that it was in perfect order (as seen in the photo), she stated that "everything is covered with glue." If not this shoe, then there are three more, there is glue. And she refused to give me a new order because I "dared" to object to her. There is one charge for the incompetence of the employee of this PVZ, and that is a big stretch)))))

Honestly, I would have put 0, a terrible employee, approved the return on marriage, as it says, I came to any WB. So in order to get my brains back, they stood there and told me what to return from where they took it, where they got it from, etc., so they also started telling me where I took it from in the form of "let me guess house no... I also returned the product, but at the neighboring WB, everything was processed quickly and without questions. I don't recommend it.

During the day, they approved the return of the goods to me, I came to the pick-up point, and they tell me that the manager did not approve my application. What kind of news is this anyway? I spent two hours to at least do something, the result is 0. The girl did not take anything, although the Wildberry support service told me that I could take it to any pick-up point. + I took the same product from them myself yesterday. There is also a pick-up point in the neighboring house, where a refund was issued in ONE minute, without any approval from the head. She just scanned the code on the box, checked the contents and THAT's IT!!! Was it really difficult to do it here??? Terrible attitude!!! And it wouldn't hurt to clean up!
