Who likes to walk, the location itself is)There are many different bars and cafes on Oktyabrskaya Street.In the summer season, most likely the whole street is covered in letnikas) One caveat..there is a gas station next to the hotel and if your Windows overlook the gas station, it is unlikely that you will be able to fall asleep to the noise of cars and motorcycles (((The staff is friendly and courteous! If you are from Russia, you can easily pay for your stay with a MIR card. The room is clean and the windows are open.There are no toothbrushes and no slippers either.But if you get slippers on request, you will have to pay for a bathrobe..There is bottled water in the room and there is a cooler on the floors)All food and drinks are strictly until 23.00! Keep in mind! There will be no problems with parking, WiFi is working!I recommend it!

A very nice hotel.It is not noisy, modern and located in the city center, within walking distance of a beautiful park, a stadium and very close to the central station (you can walk if you have a little luggage).Electric car chargers are located near the hotel.After my advice, foreign citizens settled there, two different people (Great Britain) and were very satisfied with the level and service. But don't take breakfast.They are very primitive, and there are many places to eat delicious food around.

Great hotel! We stayed for three days! I really liked everything, starting from the location and ending with the comfort in the room. The hotel is located next to the gastronomic street, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in different establishments every day. The hotel itself (as well as the room we stayed in) is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Good bed linen, comfortable beds. In short, there are no comments, but only sincere recommendations to all those who are going to Minsk to choose this particular hotel for their stay! We were all satisfied! Thank you very much!

A nice hotel with an unobtrusive, simple interior. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is convenient that there is free and paid parking. Breakfast was not taken, as there are many places to have a snack nearby. For travelers by car, I recommend it. If you want to get enough sleep, then ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard, so you definitely won't be bothered by the noise from the roads. Overall, the best experience of the stay!

Nice, cozy hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive and the breakfast buffet is good. A cozy lobby where you can work in peace, what is important is a good wi-fi speed. The convenient location is close to a whole street of bars and restaurants for every taste and several grocery stores. There is a place to walk, near the embankment with walking paths, to the center of Minsk in 25 minutes at a quiet pace.

I really liked the room I lived in: a spacious double bed, clean, the maids clean just fine. TV, electronic keys complement the comfort. Nearby Oktyabrskaya Street, where there are many cafes and restaurants for every taste! Independence Avenue is a 15-minute walk away, the metro is close. The breakfasts are not bad. Disadvantage: it would be possible to leave one-time slippers for the guests.

A wonderful hotel. We took a room for two without breakfast. Small room, clean,cozy. They immediately issued 2 key cards, which is very convenient. Great mattress and pillows! Fresh renovation, everything you need is there. Wifi catches perfectly. Railway does not interfere. The hotel operates under a contract with the Campania Restaurant. They give an 11% discount and a liqueur as a gift. Take the coupon at the reception.
The hotel is located at the end of art street (former prom zone), many different cafes and entertainment. 7 minutes to the metro, 15-20 minutes to the train station on foot

The hotel is in a convenient location, almost the center, near the railway station, shops and cafes within walking distance. A very decent option to stay in Minsk for a few days. The hotel is well maintained, fairly modern, and the staff is friendly. But, there are points that we personally perceived as disadvantages:
1) There are not even disposable slippers in the rooms, and you need to pay (!) 26 BEL. rubles for a bathrobe - this is strange.
2) Maybe we were unlucky, but the mattress in our room was like jelly. Too soft. Of course, unaccustomed to waking up broken and with an unpleasant feeling in the back.
3) The hotel is located in a party place and local racers gather next to it on Friday)) Of course, listening to the howling of elderly cars until one o'clock in the morning is not the most pleasant experience.
Otherwise, in terms of price and quality, the option is good.

An excellent hotel in all respects for your money. For three stars there is a beautiful hall and elevators. There is parking at the hotel, which is important if you are driving. Everything is in its place in the rooms, everything works as it should, normal sound insulation - the rooms are better than in shabby five-star hotels.
Of the minuses, this is as it is written in other reviews, they can drive cars at night. One night, someone was spinning nickels near the hotel. It lasted about 15 minutes, then they left.

I liked it! Nice building, atmosphere, fresh renovation. Polite, friendly staff. Clean and fresh. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a cooler with hot water in the hallway. There is a kitchen and dishes. But you can't cook in the room (there is no stove!) Room service can be ordered from the bar at reasonable prices. (Cheesecakes and ice cream are delicious🔥) There are many bars and coffee shops nearby. There is a park with a river and ducks across the street. The windows of the room faced the car and the railway road — the sound insulation is good! (and I am very sensitive to unnecessary noise).

It's a long walk to the center, but the super hangout area is very close. If you're a fan of parties, you're welcome.
There are no iconic or walking places nearby, you need to go. There are no grocery stores nearby either, except for a small "Penny" across the street.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2024, we liked almost everything: parking (free with video surveillance), convenient location (near the metro, public space, park, shops, you can walk to the center), view from the room to the embankment and the park (but there is also a courtyard well), cozy and clean room, polite staff. Separately about the room, among the advantages: spacious, clean, comfortable mattress, soft bed linen, snow-white towels, there is water, kettle, refrigerator, plumbing is serviceable, clean, wi-fi works fast. Of the cons: not the best water pressure; the carpet on the floor is still a dust collector, and disposable slippers are not provided; the cost of rooms is not the most budget. I booked a room at this hotel for the first time and on the official website there was a promo code for a 10% discount, they accept payment with a MIR card.

But we will not stop there anymore, because unfortunately there is little that they know about the customer service. We booked the hotel in advance and immediately paid (via yandex. travel), where it was indicated that dogs are allowed. We paid for the studio room. The next day, we called the hotel beforehand to make sure that we would be checked into the hotel with the dog, but we were refused because of the weight. It turns out that the hotel has a restriction on dogs up to 5 kg (we have an average breed, Basenji). The tariff was non-refundable and neither Yandex nor the hotel responded to our requests for a refund during the day (the reservation was on the trail. The day after the call to the hotel). We decided to come and clarify everything on the spot. As a result, we were settled with a dog in a standard room, no one returned the difference to us (initially we booked a studio). We were provided with shampoos and shower gels in the room only on the last day (the day before check-in). The hotel flatly refused to communicate about problems with armor and incorrectly specified information on Yandex. By the way, we also paid a rather large fee for the dog - about $ 150, we lived for 4 days.
In general, even if we are without a dog in Minsk, then I definitely will not go to this hotel just because the interaction with the staff was very difficult and unpleasant.

We came on a business trip from Moscow, the hotel is gorgeous. The rooms of our group were double, the beds were huge, the rooms were clean, the service and staff were excellent!!! In the morning we had breakfast (buffet), everyone could choose their favorite food for themselves. I didn't find any disadvantages, I really liked everything!

Excellent location (near Pervomaiskaya metro station and ground transport stops, but you can get to the center on foot in 15-20 minutes), clean rooms, friendly staff.
The rooms also have a refrigerator and a kettle, which is very convenient. Very good water pressure in the shower, which is rare for hotels. Towels are changed more often than once every 3 days.
Breakfast services were not used, but there are several cafes nearby where breakfast is served from 8 am.
At check-out, they forgot the router in the room, the administrator called in a timely manner and informed them about it, so they managed to pick it up :)
We will definitely stay here again if we are in Minsk.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, in January. We were quickly processed at the reception, we arrived at 23.00, we managed to get to the bar for a cool drink.
The room was standard with a double bed, it was a little cramped, but we just had enough to relax. It is clean, cleaned well, dusted, vacuumed, bed linen is changed every two days. There are all soap and soap accessories, slippers are provided, bathrobes can be ordered for a fee. As a greeting, bottles of water, then you can collect them in the cooler on the floor. Tea/ coffee / sugar bags, a paid minibar, a good set (beer, water, nuts, etc.), a good mattress, pillows, of course, are sad for us, after our orthopedic, but there is a pillow menu, we did not use it, we fell into a dead sleep, after endless walks, we were too lazy to find out
The hotel itself is in a modern style, you can't hear the neighbors, only for one night, someone was brawling in the corridors on the 5th floor, a man had too much, he could be heard because of the echo.
There is a bar near the reception, open until 23.00, but we often stayed until 00.00.
Rumservice, specifically the delivery from the bar did not work, they said the bartender is very busy, come down yourself 😁 we are not proud people, but... ??))
It is very strange that the restaurant is open only for breakfast. By the way, they didn't go very well, they went once, the friends who were with us gave them another chance, but no, it didn't taste good. There is no alternative milk, all the food is quite modest, but they try to report as the trays are emptied.
The restaurant operates under a catering contract, which offers to pre-order sets for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, if desired.
In general, we are satisfied with the hotel, good location, almost the center, Parking for your car. Around the corner of the hotel, gulyabilnaya street, with graffiti and small cafes for every taste, is a youth street, in general.

At the time of my arrival, there were only fried potatoes and broccoli left in the dining room. Coffee was unavailable due to a clogged filter, and other drinks were also unavailable. There was a small amount of cookies and slicing left. Fried eggs and sausages were brought within half an hour, which were distributed as quickly as possible among the visitors, the next batch had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Overall a good hotel
Among the advantages:

Minuses
- it's very noisy under the windows in the evenings, some car traffic is gathering there. And it is impossible to get rid of the noise even by closing the window…
- the breakfasts are very weak, they do not cost 30 b.r. A small choice, everything ends quickly, there is not even something like a lemon and they refused to bring it.. fortunately, we took it only for 1 morning, we didn't go there anymore
- there was water in the room without gas 0.5. It is always free in all hotels and is replenished every day. Here, during the eviction, I had to pay for it.. strange.

We stayed for 2 nights, excellent hotel, good location, not far from Independence Square, we walked, the metro is also not far away.
Just behind the hotel there is a street with bars and cafes, in the evening it is crowded and loud.
The hotel itself is clean, our room was brand new, fresh, studio suite, 2 rooms, living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms. The dishes are all clean in the room. The beds are comfortable, the linen, towels, and bathrobes are snow-white.
Among the disadvantages, the air conditioning was not set up successfully or we could not adjust it so that all rooms had a comfortable temperature, one room was very cold, the second was comfortable, the third was very warm.
The hotel bar does not work for a long time, until 23 or 23.30, there is nowhere to eat late in the evening either.
The breakfasts are not diverse, I think the price is too high for such a breakfast.

Our two-room suite was well thought out.. but something in it fell off in the process of living.. the effect of a quick repair. Yes, the children could not sleep from the word at all on the pull-out sofa.. it creaks insanely like the most terrible cot.. but they got out of the situation by laying a mattress and sofa cushions on the floor.. they have a large play area with excellent sleeping places.. the staff is very friendly, they quickly reacted to the breakdown in the room and fixed it.. I advise you to review the drawing of door limiters and shower holders.. It seems they can self-detach from the walls..

There are many places nearby where you can go to have a delicious meal, so they did not take breakfast. There is also a regular store across the street. The location is great, the metro is 10 minutes away, there is a park right across the street. In general, everything you need is within walking distance. I recently stayed at the Willing Hotel in Minsk and, unfortunately, was very disappointed. The room was small, the towels were only for the face, there were simply no large ones.
At breakfast, the situation was even worse. Not only were there not enough appliances, but there was also food. The waiters clearly couldn't handle the flow of guests and were running around the restaurant in confusion.
Considering the price per night of 20 thousand rubles and the positive reviews, I expected much more. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort and quality service.

The room is clean. The bed linen is clean, smells fresh, although tired, sewn up in places, there was a decent hole in the sheet on the side of the bed, it didn't bother me. The bed is comfortable, we were comfortable sleeping.

A seven-minute walk from the Kommunarka factory hotel, I advise you to go. The leftmost door at the entrance is a cafe with coffee and sweets. The rightmost door is a company store, there are sweets, chocolates, gift sets and even alcohol.
