I arrived in the morning for a promotional prosecco, for which the price was announced for today at 24.99. There was no prosecco available, they said they had taken it apart. However, a bottle of this very promotional prosecco happened to be under the counter. And then they tell me at the checkout that the price of this bottle is not 24.99, but 35 rubles. What kind of promotion is this that is valid for three hours from the store's opening? I do not recommend visiting and I will not go to this store anymore.

On her face, there is complete indifference, as if everything that is happening is a burden to her. She answered questions sluggishly, and simply ignored some of them. For a store specializing in the sale of high-end alcohol, where the atmosphere and level of service are important, such an attitude is unacceptable. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of the service and carry out appropriate work with the staff. Of course, I could admit that the work of 1.01 is not encouraging, but not to this extent. In addition, the basic question "How long do you work?" The consultant replied dryly: "According to the store's schedule," without bothering to specify a specific time. This attitude towards the client is puzzling. Politeness and minimal involvement are the foundation of good service, especially in a store that sells high—end alcohol. It is a pity that instead of a professional approach, I was faced with complete indifference. I'm betting 4 ⭐️ only because there were only positive emotions from visiting the store earlier.

I don't know what the problem is, maybe they stored it incorrectly, or the wine is like that, but it's completely different from what the man who offered it described. They sold it to another person in front of us. The impression was that it was just necessary to sell stocks. 2. We bought glasses. They said it was German crystal. I was surprised. I look at home, in black and white: made in Czech Republic... Germany was on the price tags. See the attached images. I leave three stars only as a tribute to past successful visits. In fact, one for it, a divorce for money and petty lies.
