All the equipment is in excellent condition, the simulators are comfortable and varied — from free weights to a cardio zone. The hall is well zoned, and even during rush hours there is no feeling of crowding. The pool is a separate pleasure. The water is always clean and at a comfortable temperature. You can swim a few lanes in peace or just relax after a workout. The SPA area is a place where you can truly recover. The interior is stylish, everything is well maintained, the staff takes care of the comfort of the guests. After classes, it's nice to relax, drink herbal tea and just disconnect from the hustle and bustle. I would especially like to mention three types of steam rooms that make post-workout relaxation ideal: • The Finnish sauna warms up the muscles perfectly, relieves tension. • Turkish hammam relaxes the body and cleanses the skin. • The infrared sauna provides soft, deep warmth and a feeling of lightness. After such a complex, you feel refreshed and full of energy. I would especially like to note that the Dr. Lobunts Center (CDL) operates in the Winox complex — a place where they really help to recover from serious injuries and diseases of the spine, strokes, as well as spinal hernias. The CDL team gives the impression of real experts. They don't just carry out procedures here — they treat patients with understanding, patience and attention to every detail. An individual approach, gentle but effective techniques — all this creates confidence that you are in safe hands. Great pool. My daughters and I visit it. It's clean, it's good, there are some nuances with lockers and changing rooms, and it would be nice to optimize the time of the adult pool, but overall everything is fine. The coaches in the pool are excellent, they work for results.
