The flight was delayed for 15 hours. The airline did not warn, and did not get in touch either by mail, social media, or through airport staff, the website is down, and there are no representatives at the airport. She didn't compensate for anything. We waited three hours at the airport, realized that the company was just hiding from us and went to the hotel, all at their own expense. It's been 10 hours now, and the company still hasn't responded anywhere.
