At the end of the summer, the paint was not available and I was advised to take epica 10.72, assuring me that it was the same shade. And then the moment came when I needed to dye my hair. To say that I was upset, no, I was shocked, I turned from blonde into chocolate. My fault lies only in the fact that I trusted supposedly professionals. The epica 10.72 paint is described everywhere as a light blond chocolate-mother-of-pearl. I hope the difference between the shades is obvious???? Light blonde and ash blonde, different shades, chocolate color is dark and naturally it dominates. Also, wherever I look, the palette is radically different and for some reason it is the same only in your store. On October 30, I went to the store (kamennaya gorka) to buy farmavita, which appeared and just told the girls that the colors have different shades. Moreover, it was all done in a boorish way, showing the buyer that he was nobody. And at the same time, I was told that I did not need to ask for advice, but to buy myself!!!! It's generally……So these two so-called professional salesmen (a brunette, and the second, either with pigtails, or with dreadlocks), began to foam at the mouth to prove that this is the same color. When asked to take boxes of paint and read the shades, they categorically refused. If your sellers are not competent in questions, why do they advise and ask for something that will obviously be a completely different color. I hope that the sellers will be sent to any advanced training courses, otherwise it may come to the point that they will spoil someone's hair with their advice so that the store will have to close. I strongly do not recommend this store!!!!
