I thought I was unlucky with the sellers, but after reading the reviews, I realized that the sellers in the store on Kamennaya Gorka, who shout about their professionalism, are just zero. I have blond hair. For several years now I have been using Farmavita 10.72 platinum blonde brown-mother-of-pearl paint. At the end of the summer, the paint was not available and I was advised to take epica 10.72, assuring me that it was the same shade. And then the moment came when I needed to dye my hair. To say that I was upset, no, I was shocked, I turned from blonde into chocolate. My fault lies only in the fact that I trusted supposedly professionals. The epica 10.72 paint is described everywhere as a light blond chocolate-mother-of-pearl. I hope the difference between the shades is obvious???? Light blonde and ash blonde, different shades, chocolate color is dark and naturally it dominates. Also, wherever I look, the palette is radically different and for some reason it is the same only in your store. On October 30, I went to the store (kamennaya gorka) to buy farmavita, which appeared and just told the girls that the colors have different shades. Moreover, it was all done in a boorish way, showing the buyer that he was nobody. And at the same time, I was told that I did not need to ask for advice, but to buy myself!!!! It's generally……So these two so-called professional salesmen (a brunette, and the second, either with pigtails, or with dreadlocks), began to foam at the mouth to prove that this is the same color. When asked to take boxes of paint and read the shades, they categorically refused. If your sellers are not competent in questions, why do they advise and ask for something that will obviously be a completely different color. I hope that the sellers will be sent to any advanced training courses, otherwise it may come to the point that they will spoil someone's hair with their advice so that the store will have to close. I strongly do not recommend this store!!!!

Where have all the adequate sellers in the store on Kamennaya Gorka gone? Why is the manicure palettes such a mess? Why are the gels not painted on the palette? Here is a situation to think about : I ask the seller to help me find the right palette (it's a mess, nothing is clear) the seller did not find it and says no, to my question how do I understand what color in the jar I was told "you need to look on the Internet", exactly, the color rendering is as accurate as possible) Unfortunately, I could not ask questions about the rest of the products of interest, because the seller suddenly left for another buyer without finishing with me) although there were 2 sellers and 2 potential buyers in the store) It used to be better… I would really like to see good sellers and adequately painted palettes, because the way it is painted in this store is an insult to materials and craftsmen, it is unpleasant to even touch…

I love this store for the variety of hair cosmetics (I mostly go there for hair accessories). There is a delivery, but I like to touch, look at the place and even more so always on the way, I mostly go on a stone slide. The cosmetics are professional, the prices are not low. The staff there is different, there are girls who will help and advise, I mostly go to them, there were situations when they answered rudely and it was not very pleasant.

Periodically, every six months, I go to the store in the passage of the Kamennaya Gorka metro station. Hoping every time that professional staff are finally working in this store. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards customers anywhere. The girls work on the principle that the buyer came, called the name of the paint and the number, and then, more or less kindly, they will put the paint on the counter. But due to the fact that I often change my hair dye, I ask for advice. I have NEVER been consulted in this store, all the time they said angrily: What do you want? How do I know what you need? Moreover, at different times I came across different girls and they are all like a selection - angry, unfriendly and all the time with a dissatisfied look if you ask some question. And boorish behavior and not professional advice from employees on 11.12.2022 prompted me to write this review. And this is not just my opinion. All my friends avoid this store precisely because of the employees. Although the store itself is decent with a good assortment.

I have always been satisfied with the employees of the store at the metro station. Kamennaya Gorka, who provide very professional advice on goods. However, today I was extremely unpleasantly surprised by the service. I bought a hair dye that does not match the declared labeling (Ollin No. 7/1). The seller tried to send me to deal directly with the supplier, to whom I have nothing to do (neither legal nor financial), then took the paint to show the director, while the seller did not draw up any acts. Not to mention the manner of dealing with the customer: she did not let me say a word. It reminded me of a bazaar. I recorded our conversation for further appeal to the court, which I advise other customers to do, because the store completely disclaims responsibility for the goods it sells. Let's see how this story ends, the result of which may affect my assessment. But so far only 1 star
