A good place to practice! A month passed, and I was interested in the direction of "Healthy back + MFR", as I had lower back pain. If possible, I went once a week on Thursdays at 20:30. I liked the atmosphere, the subdued lights, the instructor's soft voice, and generally meditation with benefits for the back. The video for MFR is my discovery in general, I do not know, it takes all the weight off me every time. I breathe evenly and calmly. I came for the first time because my lower back hurt, after the first workout 80% of the pain went away, after the second the pain went by 100%.

Convenient location, friendly coaches, comfortable halls and affordable prices. The studio is popular, which can be said about the number of people in training, but even so, it's comfortable and enjoyable to practice in the gym. The trainers monitor the performance of each girl's exercises and help if necessary. The studio deserves 5 stars.
