She was treated at the clinic for several years. I gave it a chance over and over again, tried several doctors. As a result, there is practically no result and a complete loss of money. I visited Lily Ivanovna Kashko. There was a slight improvement, but it was enough for a couple of months. Later, she tried to be treated by Kazhina Maria Vladimirovna. It was generally a horror: the doctor talked down, said that all my problems were due to thongs (although I wore thongs 1 time in 2 months). After the complete abandonment of the thong, of course, no improvements occurred. The doctor also allowed herself to release a condemnatory assessment of my personal life. The result of the treatment is zero. Another attempt is Rozhko Tatyana Nikolaevna. At first, she seemed very competent - she began to identify deficits and comprehensively examine them. The first appointment was more or less, the subsequent ones began to become shorter, the doctor quickly "got off", hurried as if she was very late somewhere. As a result, six months and a lot of money for constant examinations, a constant change in the causes of diseases: then some kind of bacterium was cured, it did not get better. Then let's try the laser - a lot of money, suffering, pain, high fever - it didn't get better. As a result - and probably the hormones are wrong, here's a hormonal remedy for you, TRY AND SEE HOW IT WILL BE! I spent a lot of money on dietary supplements prescribed by a doctor - no use. As a result, the doctor generally said that such problems happen because of different professions, they say, once a hairdresser / manicurist, etc., then you can not expect improvements! I've never seen such clowning before. A separate bottom is the pricing policy of the clinic. New hidden payments are constantly appearing in the checks. We often had to figure it out, the amount was recalculated and the rest of the money was returned. The last straw was 15 rubles for printing the consultation! Is it normal in general, 15 rubles for a sheet of paper passed through the printer?? The website says: "You do not need to pay for a full consultation if you have a question after the appointment — ask questions online or by phone." Nothing like that. Several times the pharmacy could not make out the doctor's handwriting on the prescription - they had to call to find out. As a result, the doctor came, like, "we discussed everything at the meeting."... As a result, an ordinary doctor from the polyclinic helped the best at a free appointment. Although I usually always prefer paid clinics. Don't go to the Women's Health Clinic anymore. Pumping out money and no result.

I got an appointment at this clinic for the first time. Very cozy, beautiful clinic, the girls at the reception are wonderful, very polite service. I came to Sadovnichy Vera Vladimirovna for an ultrasound and was completely disappointed. I have been to many clinics in the city and thought that in such a professional and not cheap place, the doctor's attitude would be appropriate. The doctor addressed me the whole time as "you", apparently because of the age difference, which I did not like right away. But that's not even the point. I came to confirm the pregnancy, and the whole reception was in some kind of negative atmosphere. I was told that such an early date is roulette, pregnancy can be terminated at any moment, etc., they say it's too early to rejoice. I'm sorry, but what kind of incompetence is this? Your task as a doctor is to see the pregnancy and tell about it, and not to speculate how it will develop, why this pessimism at such a moment?I put a strong unit on the doctor, I have not seen this even on a free basis in the clinic.

On March 19, 2025, I visited Women's Health Clinic LLC for an ultrasound scan of the pelvic organs. The ultrasound appointment (Glavatskaya E.N.) was scheduled for 19:00, but it started with a 10-minute delay. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning... the ultrasound procedure was carried out extremely roughly and carelessly. I felt discomfort and pain, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable during such a delicate examination. The doctor did not explain his actions. I felt pain after the procedure. The survey results were unsatisfactory. I was never able to confirm or deny the diagnosis. The purpose of the examination was not achieved, which raises doubts about the competence of the doctor. But the most unpleasant thing is the unprofessional behavior of the doctor. At the end of the appointment, I was scolded for using my phone. I understand that this might not be desirable, but I needed to respond to an urgent work message, as the appointment took place during my working hours. The explanation of the situation did not soften the doctor, but on the contrary, caused irritation. The doctor said it was "distracting" and "bothering" her, adding that she was also "at work and tired." Moreover, the doctor emphasized, and I quote, "It doesn't matter that you came to a private clinic and paid the money." I consider such behavior absolutely unacceptable. The doctor had no right to scold me in such a way and show disrespect for my time, duties and, most importantly, for the fact of applying to a paid medical institution where I expected high-quality care, especially given the unsatisfactory result of the examination. Such an attitude towards patients, especially in a paid clinic, is unacceptable. The words and actions of the doctor, as well as the inability to provide a clear diagnosis, contradict the principles of quality medical care. I wrote to the clinic by e-mail stating my claim in order to resolve the situation, but I still have not received a response. Therefore, I have to publish my review in the public domain, hoping that the clinic's management will pay attention to this situation. I strongly recommend that management take measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Patients who apply to paid medical institutions have the right to be treated with respect, quality care and professional competence of doctors.

I would also like to mention the ultrasound doctor Zaigraev. Not a doctor, but a fairy tale! A find! She will explain everything, what she is doing at the moment, what she sees, describe everything, tell you. He will write a conclusion and further actions (send them to the right specialist). Doctor Glavatskaya also left only a positive opinion. I visited Glavatskaya both at the perinatal center for an appointment and at the women's health clinic. And so..I didn't notice the difference between the techniques!!!! Usually in a state institution.doctors don't look so thoroughly...and Glavatskaya works the same fine everywhere! I would also like to mention the oncologist Smirnov. This specialist says everything very succinctly, clearly, to the point, that is, specifically. Someone may not like it, but this is not a psychologist's appointment to relax you ... About the reception: I can note politeness, the absence of any rudeness, rudeness. There is a water cooler. A comfortable waiting area. Sofa. TV. Very clean toilet! There are both dry wipes and wet ones in the toilet, and soap and hand cream. Of the big advantages, it should be highlighted that you can come to the reception (I went for an ultrasound) with a child, because it is not always possible to leave someone with someone (by the way, Zaigraeva herself suggested this). In this clinic, none of the staff will make a remark to you and your child that your baby is running or making noise. The convenient location of the Medical Center (proximity to the city center), the relatively original design of the exterior and interior of the building play a key role in getting the client's first impression. But... The above-described positive aspects and characteristics of the Medical Center, which truly indicate an "Elite" status, are crossed out by the quality of customer service by the service staff, namely the reception. The aptitude and adequacy of the administration of the Medical Center leaves much to be desired... As we are all used to, when providing such services, the administration staff with a simple remote order of services (by phone, via the website, social.networks, etc.) communicates and treats his potential clients with respect and care. In this Elite class Medical Center, the administration does not place itself and its responsibilities within any framework of adequate customer service, this manifests itself in banal communication over cellular communications, sometimes in social networks.networks. Instead of pleasant: "Women's Health Clinic, administrator (name), hello.", we can hear jargon and slang in our address, such as: "Hello", "yes", "hello". This is unacceptable! This completely negates all pleasant impressions about the clinic! Impromptu, on my first visit to this institution, I wanted to find out about the services for my girlfriend. Arriving at the medical center, I expected neat, well-groomed and beautifully dressed receptionists at the reception, from whom an abundance of perfumes emanates. But that was not the case. Firstly, no one was going to meet me when I entered the lobby of the center, the administrators "looked out" from under the reception desk and continued to go about their business. And as soon as I approached the reception myself, the receptionist did not get up from his seat, thereby not showing his interest in me as a client. At least thank you for saying hello to me, but you didn't introduce yourself... Secondly, to be honest, I thought that I had come to the "bardel of the Mexican drug den", because the administrator looked like a woman of easy virtue, because she was not dressed in a medical suit, but in leather leggings and stilettos. The big disadvantage is that the employee was without a badge or a nameplate, in order for me to identify the identity of this administrator. I would really like the management and the owner of the Medical Center to pay attention to this. I conclude that the Medical Center has the right to position its status as an "Elite", but the quality of customer service by administrators completely negates this status.

At the stage of pregnancy planning, I decided to seek advice from Professor Kazhina. I arrived on time, according to the record, but some friend was accepted ahead of me, I had to wait another 20 minutes. But these are small things, the main thing was to get adequate prescriptions and recommendations based on evidence-based medicine. But there is a failure here, as I can already at the moment based on experience and study of the issue, including in comparison with subsequent visits to other gynecologists. With the diagnosis of hyperprolactimia, I was prescribed (well, at least this is true) cabergoline, but in addition a bunch of unnecessary drugs like Dufaston (there was no intelligible answer to the question why Dufaston, spoiler he was not shown to me, it's just a joke to everyone when planning to prescribe Dufaston), Myofolic (this is generally a dietary supplement, what he belongs in evidence-based medicine) and so on. In general, Olga Belokon's book helped me much more and more informatively than this consultation. It's called help yourself and look for adequate evidence-based doctors. And so the clinic is beautiful.
