I wrote on Instagram to find out about the availability of goods, so that I wouldn't just go. They said that everything is available. I arrive, there is nothing. I say, "why did I go then, they told me everything was there," they replied that they had mixed it up. Later they called and said that the product is there, they can arrange delivery. I agreed, but they wanted to take another payment for the delivery. I was very surprised, because because of them I just spent money and more importantly my time. A strange attitude towards the client. I'm not saying that the consultants don't even say hello either on the Internet or in the store. Maybe it's just me.
