The staff is rude. The unpleasant attitude of the doctor towards the patient. It feels like I came to their house and asked for something for free, although the service was paid in full. After payment, we found out that there was no one to take an analysis. With grief, they found it in half, took it and left without any explanation. I ran after the answers myself and looked for someone to give them to me.

Elena Romanovna is an excellent doctor, but in order to get to her appointment, you need to sit out the "first-come, first-served" order. I would like to note that while you are sitting in this queue, several patients who were in the queue will definitely come in. The receptionist is sitting with a dissatisfied face, and responds to everyone as if we had come to her house. There are 3 doctors in the office, but 1 ultrasound machine. And each doctor gets a "different" patient. The waiting time increases accordingly. They don't accept by appointment. So tell us what you need to register here to get to our doctor? There are no complaints about doctors, excellent specialists.

Doctors may be good, there are a lot of good reviews about doctors, but THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. On the recommendation, I wanted to make an appointment with a gynecologist Feruza Batyrovna, I called on October 15, but they told me that the appointment was not open yet, they could write it on the waiting list and they would call me back as soon as the window appeared, but of course no one called me back. And finally, on October 25, every 25th day of the month from 9:00-11:00, an appointment for the month of November to Feruza Batyrovna is open. I started calling a little before 9:00 a.m., but it's not possible to get through. It was just an outrage that the whole 2 hours were busy , it was possible to install the application as it is done in many other clinics so that you can get through and wait for the operator 's response . And finally I got through, but it was already 11:20, they told me that the recording was already closed.... That's how it is... And they won't even review the waiting list on the day of recording, they said again that they would call me as soon as the window appeared.

The center is really very good. I have been observing Feruza Batyrovna since 2009, she had 2 pregnancies. I agree with the other author of the comment, her nurse does not know how to communicate at all, talks with a fee, does not observe subordination, as if I were her girlfriend, presents pretensions. It's very ugly, people come with problems, and then there's negativity, nerves. From the reception, I can single out a woman with short hair, very pleasant, soft, but an older woman in a headscarf (sorry for the emphasis on this) is rude. Why work with people if you don't know how to smile and greet them in an elementary way. Stay at home if people annoy you so much.

Phones are thrown off, or they are not taken. I saw this coming when I went to the hospital. I started calling in the morning to find out the results of the tests. I got through 5 times. I was ordered to wait. I waited for about 6 minutes. And you know what? The girls began to do their business, chat among themselves and on the phone with a girlfriend. I'm recording everything! So I can prove it. I asked and started calling again. But.. they turned off the phone. The time was half 5. Apparently they have already gathered a lot. It's terrible, honestly. These girls are the face of your hospital, and they are not very conscientious
