I will not write a review about the doctor I wanted to see, because I have no doubt about her literacy and competence (Feruza Batyrovna). But I will write about the clinic itself: the service is simply disgusting, the reception or the call center (I don't know who is responsible for the calls) is simply disgusting. I've been trying to get to Feruza Batyrovna since October (!) months. At first, I called in the first days of the month, they say the record is not open, they added it to the waiting list, they did not call back. I'm calling on October 25th. They didn't pick up the phone Perfectly, I'm calling 26. The recording, of course, is closed. Then I call on January 24, they say the record is 25. Okay, I'm calling 25, the reception isn't picking up the phone again, at all. I'm calling today (February). The reception FINALLY deigned to pick up the phone ON THE DAY OF RECORDING 4 times and responds with surprise and displeasure: "The recording is closed." To the question: "Today is 25," in the same dissatisfied tone, "Well, we have a record until noon 11. It's already half past one." Despite the fact that no one at the reception had given such a time the previous times. Despite the fact that they say here that the record is up to 11. Despite the fact that there is no specified recording time ANYWHERE, neither on social networks, nor anywhere else. How could anyone have guessed that? It's just so disgusting that no matter how much I want to get to Feruza Batyrovna, I won't try to do it anymore.

She came for the first checkup (I'm in a position), had an ultrasound, came for the first consultation, with the desire to lead the entire pregnancy with her. But her attitude really upset me and I didn't want to go to her for a consultation anymore. There wasn't the same attitude that everyone was writing about. About her insight, care, etc. After taking an ultrasound, she told me to come to her for screening. Then by paying 700k (the consultation lasted 15 minutes plus an ultrasound scan of 5 minutes) i left. Then the other day I came across a little bleeding, which I wrote to her about, she immediately "turned me down" saying that she was not at work right now and needed to go to the ambulance. After that we went to the 8th rod.the house, where there was a very competent doctor, quickly performed an ultrasound and prescribed treatment. This is the kind of disparaging attitude I encountered in the person of Feruza Batyrovna Chelebieva. I do not recommend it . It is impossible to behave irresponsibly and recklessly with patients!
