We stayed at this hotel twice. In 2024, we were more or less lucky with the number, but it's dirty everywhere. I liked the location, so we decided to stay in 2025, but this time, in addition to dirt, towels with spots and holes, there was no table or appliances in the room.... We contacted the staff, and they told us to eat at the cafe. Of course, the rest was not ruined, we are optimists) but of course we will not go to this hotel anymore.

The hotel is 3 stars, corresponds to the stated rating. North of Pattaya, it's a long way to the sea. In general, of course, repairs would not hurt, but the de luxe room is not bad, large, comfortable beds, cleaning every day, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The breakfasts are varied. Nice, large pool, clean, plenty of sun beds. The territory is small, but "green". Overall, it's not bad.

This time we went on vacation without children, they let us go)) Therefore, the choice of the hotel was treated "easier", no special requirements were imposed, the emphasis was on cleanliness and order in the hotel, as well as its location in terms of organizing daytime and evening leisure activities. Despite this, I liked the hotel, the order in the rooms, clean and well-groomed private territory, a full-fledged swimming pool, in general, the hotel is a solid 3++! The breakfasts will not spoil you with a special variety, but everything you need is available, everything is fresh, the staff in both the restaurant and the hotel is very friendly! It's not far to the nearest beach, it's a bit of a stroll through the streets and on the spot, but the beach there is "not a bounty", you can go a couple of times, and then only to the islands, or to the Military beach, or generally take a walk) But everything is fine here! The hotel is well located, in terms of walking, getting to any point of recreation or interesting place just "one-two" (ferry pier, holiday street, all kinds of clubs and theaters, Terminal 24 shopping and entertainment center and much more ...)!!!
