We stayed at this hotel twice. In 2024, we were more or less lucky with the number, but it's dirty everywhere. I liked the location, so we decided to stay in 2025, but this time, in addition to dirt, towels with spots and holes, there was no table or appliances in the room.... We contacted the staff, and they told us to eat at the cafe. Of course, the rest was not ruined, we are optimists) but of course we will not go to this hotel anymore.

It's not far to the nearest beach, it's a bit of a stroll through the streets and on the spot, but the beach there is "not a bounty", you can go a couple of times, and then only to the islands, or to the Military beach, or generally take a walk) But everything is fine here! I stayed at this hotel from 02.04 to 12.04. 2025. I liked the hotel, I lived in building A, room number 1301 Deluxe, the room is large, the balcony is the same, bath, toilet and shower. The room is clean, cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, there is a hairdryer, but there is no shampoo or toothpaste, so you can either buy there or take it with you. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, 5-7 minutes to the sea, shops are all nearby, the exchange is the same. It's not far from Terminal 21 either. There is a swimming pool, in general, I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly. I would like to visit this hotel again.

In the north of Pattaya, this is one of the cheapest hotels. And this fact speaks volumes. I think we're lucky. Either the chocolate from Russia influenced us, or the stars got together like that, but they settled us in the main building overlooking the pool. No one carries suitcases to the room, no one is particularly interested in cleaning, the pool is a bit dirty. But.. A small tip did the trick, and towels were changed regularly, the room was cleaned if requested, and water and toilet paper were provided daily. The breakfasts are standard, no worse, no better than anywhere else- you won't stay hungry. In general, we are happy with our vacation, because the sea and Thailand completely erase all negative memories.

I stayed at this hotel from 12/21/24 to 01/03/25. The hotel is very average. The breakfasts are normal, the same, but you won't be hungry. If the children are small, then it's a problem... Muesli, toast, sausages, fried eggs, rice, noodles, and if they're going to eat it. But it's normal for adults. The pool is good, but we swam in the pool a couple of times, it's more pleasant at sea. There are no chairs in the room, no shampoo, soap, or brushes. It was difficult for the two of them to place their things, it was not very convenient. Even the plastic chairs on the balcony would have saved the situation. Our safe broke down, we were changing it. There was no water in the room at all. We went and looked for help at the reception, but we did it. There was hot water, but it had to be drained. The balcony overlooked the courtyard, not very beautiful, but the tree that covered everything saved the situation. An unpleasant moment, my hat was missing from the sunbed. I asked for help at the reception, to look at the cameras, but no one helped in any way. The hotel guide, Mamed, actually read my message when I was already in Russia. The hotel is not far from the sea, we walked, got used to it, normally. 10 min walk. You can rest, but turn a blind eye to it.

Great location: near the sea, a busy street and transport, markets, shops, shopping center Terminal, clean beach - all this is great, but the hotel is aging and dilapidated:(the water purification system in the pool needs to be repaired, the sun beds need to be changed (they are falling apart), you can swim until 20:00, after 18:00 it is forbidden to make noise and have fun for children. After the rain, it floods the parking lots.

Two wonderful pools (everything was wonderful in July 2024) 4. There is everything nearby and exchangers, the coolest massage (to be honest, I probably loved this hotel so much for her) 5. Well ... what I want to say is that the only advantage of this hotel is its location relative to the sea, going to a ramshackle place takes a maximum of 7-10 minutes, away from the center of course. As for the hotel itself, it's just very bad. I must say right away that we are really not pretentious tourists and this is not the first time in Thailand, but this.. Initially, we were given room 1104, the first floor (we bought a deluxe), but it has a balcony, immediately behind which there is a public road and an incomprehensible semi-abandoned territory with a garbage dump. The room is VERY dirty, so dirty that it is not possible to go out on the balcony, they do not clean there at all, even to the point that cigarette butts were lying around and pigeon droppings were everywhere. There was an incomprehensible puddle in the toilet, it smelled from time to time, and the dishes in the room (glasses) - well, I've really never seen such things... The safe was secured, and the new code could not be installed in any way, as a result, they simply provided a key for use. the room is very dark, the light bulbs are not all working, and it's still dark with them, in short. At first we thought, well, okay, it's okay, but when only cold water started flowing from the faucet and it didn't go away, it was already too much. We decided to wait for the next morning and go to a meeting with the guide, hoping that he would help in changing the room. Of course, the guide successfully scored on us and offered to write down our claims in writing, which we did, and went to resolve the issue on our own. The problems were explained, the young girl at the reception said OK, come back after two, we will provide you with a room. We arrive after two, and there is already an older woman at the reception, who says that there are no rooms, and they are ready to help us, but for an additional fee, we refused. I wrote to the travel agent through whom I purchased the ticket, uploaded the video, and after four hours, when we had already arrived from the beach and I just went to get towels for the pool, I was informed that they were ready to provide us with another room. The room was given on the seventh floor 2704, with a normal view of the city (though not in the trash). The room was just as dirty, there were frankly black feet, you couldn't enter the balcony without slippers at all, the water was also intermittent, that is, hot, then not, there was a running heater that couldn't cope. The water in the sink does not go away at all, and given that there was virtually no cleaning, it was not pleasant to approach this sink at the end of the rest. The bedclothes are tired and stained, as are the towels. Of the toiletries, only an incomprehensible soap in a dispenser on the wall and toilet paper, and even then they didn't report it, I just went to ask for it. There were always two bottles of water. There was a kettle, but no tea, coffee, cream, sugar... no breakfasts, even some kind of chemical tea, and they take place in an open space, it's good that it wasn't particularly hot on our vacation, but how about eating and probably sweating at the same time, for example, in April. The Internet is only available at the reception, although it is written everywhere that it is available. In general, think a hundred times before going to this hotel. I leave the stars only for the proximity to the sea.

We stayed at the hotel from February 19th to March 2nd.We checked into the room the third time , went to choose a better one - there were hordes of Mosquitoes everywhere, and the rooms were all tired , scary , dimly lit .Dirt and dust everywhere.They don 't take it away from the word at all .They 'll sweep through the middle and that 's it .There is dust and debris under the beds .We haven't had a wet cleaning in 11 days.No mosquitoes were poisoned , although we complained through the translator all the time .The towels are dilapidated, white and gray, they change every day, but keep an eye on their quantity all the time!We were not informed of teaspoons , water and towels , we constantly had to look for maids , show photos of missing items and demand .There were 2 glasses in the bathroom.Toothbrushes , shampoo, and soap are not provided .The water in the drain was constantly lingering and there was a smell .There are a lot of mosquitoes and ants in the room , they are not poisoned on the territory .The balcony is full of dry leaves and twigs.I built a broom myself from the branches of a palm tree that I picked in the front garden and swept them out.The deluxe room is very large, with a huge balcony, which is completely unnecessary, because there is little furniture, but what there is is chaotically arranged, and the most important thing is missing (there are no chairs, a coffee table, hangers for clothes).I didn 't want to go out on a dirty balcony with mosquitoes .And the door and window could hardly open there .There was a stove with 2 burners , a sink for washing dishes , but there were no dishes .There was a bathroom (constantly leaking ) , there was a shower , but it did not work .A plumber was called , but he didn 't fix anything .The door to the balcony had a big crack .I had to wrap it up with my own tape so that the mosquitoes wouldn 't fly .The ground floor is dark , with windows and a balcony overlooking a dirty fence and trees .There was a dryer and two wooden deck chairs on the balcony.There was a two-level swimming pool on the territory.The water in it is constantly dirty and muddy .In the evening, after 18, the pool is covered with red ribbons and chlorine is poured into it from cans. There are deck chairs with soft foam mattresses near the pool, which are all cracked and fill with water when it rains.After that , it is impossible to lie on them during the day , because the whole back is wet .Towels for the sea and pools are provided at the reception after 11 o'clock.The dining room with ceiling fans ,open windows , and very monotonous breakfasts (the worst I 've seen in 22 trips to this country): noodles , rice , 2 types of sausages , fried egg , rice soup , ham,tea ,coffee , 2 types of jam , gray bread , white , orange jupi , cold water ,powdered milk,beans in sauce ,stewed vegetables ,cereals ,milk ,raw vegetables,mayonnaise,salad dressing .There are no cafes or shops on site.The tuk-tuk is about 400 meters away.The distance to the sea is 850 meters further.We went to the beach through Centara for a couple of days.Cafes , shops 500 meters from the hotel .Starting at 12 p.m., there are plenty of makashnits selling delicious grilled fish and meat products .There is a vending machine on site where you can buy bottled drinking water.Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms at all .The hotel's territory is green .Lots of flowering trees and shrubs .The bus never arrives at the hotel , you have to walk 100 meters along the path with your suitcases .The beach is nice, the sea is clean.I recommend the hotel as a transfer base for those who only want to leave their belongings there, and spend their holidays on the islands or on excursions!

The beach is a 10-minute walk away, cafes, 21 terminals, everything is nearby. Despite all the disadvantages, you can go to this hotel again. Before that, we spent two years at Prima Wongamat. In August, the two of us for 11 days with breakfast cost 24t.p. (a house in Primorye was booked for these dates, it cost 36t.p., I handed it over without regret!!!). We flew with Chinese airlines. tickets for two from Vladivostok cost 73t.r. for two. Total 97+ insurance 2600r and airport transfer 6000. The entire independent trip is 106,000 for two people. Meals: standard breakfast. Egg, soup, sausages, potatoes, rice, stewed vegetables, chicken, juice, coffee, watermelon, pineapple. Everything was fine with us. The pools are clean but very warm. It was around 30 degrees outside, and when you got out of it, it seemed cool in the air. The girl's rooms were cleaned every day at 10 a.m. The bed linen was changed twice. Everything is clean, but not new (there are holes on both towels and plain ones) But no one will present it to you when you leave, so you don't have to run and demand an exchange. Don't waste your nerves, relax. In the hotel, many rooms have been converted into permanent housing. Therefore, round-the-clock security at the congress and the territory. It rained twice and then for half an hour. Generally great. And when we arrived home, and found out how much friends spent on vacation in Primorye, we realized that we were 100% right with the choice.

(they just pour bleach, it lies in a pile at the bottom).Then there is no hot water, then the water will be turned off altogether, the pool is not cleaned, a lot of tiles on the bottom are broken, from which you can cut your legs, the sunbeds are in terrible condition. Не худший отель! Требуется ремонт в номерах, номера большие но не уютные! Мебель тоже в очень плачевном состоянии! Ну по крайне мере я жила 2705 номер! На балкон залетали птицы гадили но ни кто не убирал! Полотенца в туалете уже серые! А пляжные так вообще, рваные, застиранные! Завтраки как во всех трёшках но вкусные, голодным не останешься, можно пожарить вкусные оладушки! Ну в общем если не превередлив и понимаешь что едешь в Тай за морем, воздухом! Вкусными фруктами! То и можно в этот отель приехать ещё!

Жили там неделю. Бассейн, еда, номера, всё классно! Море рядом, центральная улица рядом, мини маркеты, аптеки, макашницы. Пляж огромный, многообразный. Вход, выход круглосуточно, когда пожелаете. Я бы осталась там на всю зиму. 🥰🔥

Езжу в этот отель третий год. Было лучше. Сейчас Вай фай в номерах в 2020 году отключили, что очень плохо, так как для меня это было приоритетом для выбора отеля, вай фай только на ресепшене. В четвертом корпусе где приемущественно селят туристов, на первом этаже, где номера начинаются с 4116- ..., в цокольном этаже ночью что то так усиленно вибрирует, что спать невозможно! Я разочарована!

Хороший отель на 3,бассейн большой,нет места для игр с детьми,расположение отличное в любое место можно уехать на тук туке, завтраки однообразные и мало ,к 9 часам почти нет ничего.
