It's a nice hotel with an old renovation. It is located in the center of Karon beach, which is very convenient, all the necessary infrastructure is located nearby, including profitable exchangers. They gave me a room without a view of the pool, although there were rooms available with balconies. On the one hand, it was a plus, there are no neighbors and it's not noisy (because the rooms are connected by a door located in the hallway), on the other hand, it was a minus view. They did not take a room with access to the pool for an additional fee. The breakfasts were good, in the buffet format, some dishes changed, there were fresh fruits every day (nothing rotten was caught in 10 days, there was no food poisoning). Free ice cream with different flavors is provided at the reception - coconut, coconut with mango and beans 🤔 The pool is comfortable, very useful in low season, when there are big waves on the beach and you can not swim. Triple cleaning, towels and bed linen are washed but clean. Shampoo and shower gel are provided immediately by the jar. They forgot to put the toothpaste in, I had to ask for it on the first day, but the volume was so small that they just bought it at the nearest semerochka around the corner. Overall, it's a good place to stay, but the hotel needs renovation, it looks shabby.

My husband and I vacationed at Woraburi Phuket Resort & Spa in June 2025 and were absolutely delighted! The hotel fully met our expectations, and its main advantages are its convenient location, cozy atmosphere and excellent service. The perfect location - Karon Beach is literally 50 meters across the street! Clean sand, gentle entrance to the water, deck chairs for 200 baht for the whole day. - Nearby shops (7-Eleven!), cafes, massage parlors, markets – all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean - We got a room with access to the pool – very convenient! - Daily cleaning, fresh towels, good air conditioning. - A large balcony with a clothes dryer is a small thing, but it's nice. Delicious breakfasts - Buffet with omelets, fresh fruits, Thai soups, pastries. - The coffee is delicious. Friendly staff - They always helped with questions, smiled, and responded quickly to requests. - I especially liked that we were treated to ice cream when we checked in – a nice bonus! And they said you can always eat it. Beautiful swimming pool and green area - The river–shaped pool is unusual and convenient for swimming. - There are a lot of plants around, there are areas for relaxing in the shade. I definitely recommend it! Woraburi Phuket is a great option for those who want a comfortable stay without overpaying. We had an off-season vacation with my husband from June 23 to July 6, 2025, and we really liked the hotel. The area is very green, clean, lots of flowers and locals (lizards and bats, but they don't cause inconvenience). The room is large, Thai-style, wooden furniture, high-quality cleaning every day (even the phone charging wires were carefully folded). They left money and a phone number once, but nothing was missing. The bed is large and comfortable (more precisely, 2 half-beds arranged across). The room has a free safe, bathrobes and slippers. If there was not enough coffee / sugar / soap / gel / shampoo, we contacted the reception and brought it in double volume after 5 minutes. We had a pleasant and beautiful view of the pool, and a room with a sea view was offered for an additional fee of $25 per night, but we refused. The $100 deposit was returned, although a teaspoon was missing, which the maid took away during cleaning. Breakfast is a buffet. It was a bit hard for me, because the main dishes are fried rice, noodles, soups and pasta (different every day), but my husband is happy. They also fry an omelet, different fruits every day (watermelon, papaya, pineapple, banana, guava, rambutan, longan), I liked the dessert of rice Balls in coconut milk (fire, the first time I saw this in Thai). The location is 10/10. The beach is across the street, clean sand, clean water. There are a lot fewer people than on Katya, it's easier to breathe. There are plenty of shops and cafes for every taste, color and purse, but in general there were no sky-high prices. Once during the rest period, they brought an announcement about exercises in case of a tsunami (we missed it) and a week later an announcement that they would poison insects with a request not to enter for an hour. If you find fault with it very much, then one of the disadvantages: we were refused a lunchbox because we left at 5:45, and the delivery started at 6:00. So, I recommend the hotel, we would love to come back again.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of September 2025. Large room on the fifth and last floor, overlooking the pool and sunset. A good restaurant where we had breakfast (included in the room rate) and lunch (at the expense of the deposit). They also bought delicious pizza there. The pool is in the courtyard, small but cozy. There is a gym where they even practiced! Karon Beach is across the street. Next to the 7-Eleven Hotel. Local restaurants, shops and a night market are within walking distance. In general, my wife and I liked the hotel! Great vacation!

The cleaning was normal, but the towels were changed very strangely - we threw them in for replacement, and they were folded and left on the shelf in the bathroom.... The breakfasts were modest, but everyone was full, the coffee was certainly not delicious, we found a coffee shop with awesome coffee and went there for coffee (towards Kata). The beach is large, you can rent sun beds and an umbrella, you can sit on towels, everyone chooses how it is more convenient for him. They sell drinks, coconuts, and smoothies on the beach. The hotel is small and cozy, with different rooms (someone has a view of the pool, someone has a view of the street and the sea, someone has a view of the wall of the neighboring hotel). The rooms aren't perfectly clean, and there's dust in the cupboards, but it's easy to wipe down. But the tulle is dirty, and you just have to put up with it. (Of course, I think that not all rooms have such tulle. We lived on the 1st floor with access to the pool). The breakfast at the hotel is modest but delicious, there are soups, omelets, and fruits. The territory is small, but nice. The pool is cleaned in the morning and treated with something in the evening. There is a gym, a tennis table. The sea is across the street, and there you can choose - you can go right or left, take a sunbed (one hundred baht for the whole day) and enjoy your vacation and the beautiful sea. Next to the hotel there are 7 levels, a massage parlor, an exchange office and street cafes a little further away, where there is always a full boarding. In the evening, you can go to the left of the hotel without crossing the road and there will be a small market or a footcourt where various delicacies are prepared - from fish to dumplings...👍. I recommend the hotel, but not to pretentious and refined people😄(joke). We had a rest in January and February-the weather is great, hot, sunny, and the sea is beautiful, transparent!

Everything is in order: when booking, the hotel refused to confirm the Superior room for 2 adults and a child of 11 years old, as the three of us do not enter. OK, we booked a room above the Deluxe category (it cost $ 3,850 at the current exchange rate), the price is decent. The Deluxe room has a double bed and a sofa. Upon check-in at the hotel, we will be checked in... That's right, to the superior room, that is, to the room of the category below the one that we paid for. The room has two single beds and no sofa. The three of us. Room 352 has a view of the neighboring building, directly on the ventilation, the noise is terrible (for some reason I can't post the video). I go to the reception, I say that this is not a Deluxe, I ask you to move. They immediately give us the keys to another room, which corresponds to our booking (Deluxe in the photo) The rooms themselves are tired, the appliances are old, the kettle was leaking, the safe was not working, the light bulbs in the bathroom also partially did not work, but I want to say right away that the staff repairs or changes very quickly. In general, the hotel staff is very friendly. I also want to say that even a Deluxe room is not suitable for three people (maximum for a child of 5-7 years old), the sofa is narrow and the son's height somehow fits, but the sofa is softer than the bed. The mattress on the bed is hard, I don't like it that much. There were Goosebumps in the room and on the balcony, but this is Asia, it's okay, so fruit was always eaten on the balcony, bags of leftover fruit were tightly tied. On the plus side: the Deluxe room has a spacious bathroom, separate shower and bathtub. Towels are changed daily (I can't report small ones or two instead of three, but it's not scary, I went to the maid, she brought the missing towels here), bed linen every few days, everything is clean and snow-white. We liked the breakfasts, but there are nuances, there is no cheese, sausage for sandwiches - we don't need it, but I saw other guests were outraged. There is always chicken, rice in various forms, noodles, sausages, bacon, fried omelets. There are soups like Pho-bo, we liked them. I liked the large swimming pool, clean, well maintained. Well, the main advantage is the location close to the beach. The eviction was quick, and the deposit ($100) was immediately refunded.

Cleaning was carried out daily, efficiently. Very friendly cleaning specialists. The pool is not bad, but the water is cold. A small number of sun loungers - at peak times, you can stay without a place to relax. The biggest disadvantage is the reception staff. When checking in, the girls were unfriendly and completely uninterested. But leaving is generally a big problem. Realizing that a transfer had arrived for us, the staff refused to refund the $100 deposit, citing towel damage. They demanded 700 baht (about 1800 rubles) for it, without giving back the allegedly damaged towel. Then they demanded payment for the goods from the minibar, which had been fully replenished the day before (according to the list). That is, I paid for the products that were available in the minibar after the fact. They gave me the change in baht, which is problematic to change and spend on the way to the airport. The Thai who talked about the refund was very arrogant, rude, he didn't want to listen to any arguments and just extorted money. This fact ruined the whole impression of the hotel and the desire to return to it in the future.

But there are simply no words!!We stopped by this hotel yesterday, and ran away at 7 a.m. this morning after losing money!!The hotel does not refund the money, even if you have left!I'll start in order , we were put in a double room with access to the pool for 5600 per room per day , there was a family with children in another room who were yelling like that, wooden doors, audibility is just a disaster , The hotel is undergoing renovation , which is probably for a long time, half of the pool is closed , as well as repairs on the top floor , constantly that then they saw and drill!! And this is when people swim and sunbathe in the pool, they haven't heard about safety rules.All the tiles in the pool are falling off, the pool is dirty, the bleach is just tin!! I went in for breakfast in the morning , it's just a dump , except for a hard-boiled egg , there's nothing possible , and I'm not fussy about food!!Watermelon is sour, the juice is diluted, baking, coffee is just slop!!Who writes good reviews?? What are you people??
