I liked the fitness, it's not crowded, you don't have to wait until the gym equipment is free, the locker rooms and showers are clean. Pleasant administrators. For this level of fitness, the price is quite reasonable.

Тренажерный зал в ТЦ Форум. Все хорошо, есть все необходимые тренажеры. с 18 до 20 бывает что все дорожки заняты, но ждать не долго. В зоне свободных весов всегда найдете место позаниматься. Девчонки симпотичные - мотивируют. По сравнению с Москвой очень дорого. 60к за 3 месяца (в МСК за эти деньги возьмете на год и скорее всего с бассейном), но это нормальная цена для Алматы, почему-то.

Сам зал для тренировок неплохой. Раздевалка и прочее могли быть и получше.
