I chose the fitness center as the closest to home.Until you've paid for a year's subscription, they're running around with you and talking politely.As soon as we bought it, everything is treated like a dog.At the reception, on the first visit, they threw a bracelet and immediately said if you lose it, you will pay a fine of 5 thousand.I asked about the locker, the answer was immediately 8 thousand.That's all the information that a young man named Sanjar deigned to tell me.Then I just had to find out where the locker room was.Okay, we found the locker room, then not a single locker opens.As it turned out, lockers are still included in the subscription fee, and you can rent a permanent locker if you wish.I'm trying to open the locker, nothing happened.I had to go to the reception again to beg for a working bracelet.Thank God everything worked out.Then I find out from the coach that towels are paid, water can only be drunk from the faucet, that there are group classes, that there is a special application for club clients, that there is a sauna.I think all these things should be reported on the first visit, because I don't read minds.
When asked about the refund and cancellation of the subscription, I was told it was not allowed.That's what it is, “Astana-style service".Harsh and merciless.
Pay the money and get away from us.
I advise you to think a hundred times before buying a subscription from them.And it's better to choose another fitness center and save your nerves👍

A good hall, although there are disadvantages in terms of the atmosphere - there is no culture among visitors, the sauna in the men's room is huge, it would be possible to divide and make another hammam. As for the coaching staff, there are only a couple who are responsive and helpful. In the rest of the crowd, they communicate with each other all day and do not even prompt those who make the wrong technique… Otherwise, the prices for pre-workout cocktails and the rest of the sports equipment are too expensive. They would also make large towels free, as in Fitnation or lifefitness, because you look at how men wipe their whole body with small cloths after a shower, renting a large towel has become more than 400 tenge. In general, these remarks are purely personal and have nothing to do with the overall impression. Out of 10 points, my score is only 6, there is room to grow and improve the service. Group classes are top! :)

Wonderful young staff, new exercise equipment, clean and cozy. I have been practicing for about 6 months with coach Ali. The atmosphere is cool, never crowded. A lot of group activities, although I haven't tried it myself)

Among the minuses are small towels, a sauna that is not properly designed, namely, the sauna material directly burns the body and the pass system bracelets- you can not go by phone or QR. Forgot the bracelet more than once a month - pay a fine.

A great fresh world class room. There is no pool, but at the same time there are not a lot of people. A voluminous, not cramped, not cramped room in which one breathes freely and studies. Glass walls overlooking the botanical garden create a pleasant comfort even in winter.
The disadvantages are small toilets with poor ventilation.
