I liked the photographer (Olga), they turned out great pictures! Several friends have already asked me where I took the photos) I signed up on the same day, there were free time windows, a convenient location in the center and the metro nearby. Photographer Olga was very sympathetic, she said what and how to do, where to turn, fix her hair and so on. The photos were shot decently, and the shots turned out to be what I wanted, I am very pleased 🌸

Photographer Olga is just lovely, the process took place in a relaxed atmosphere, she drank tea while waiting for her turn. I was pleasantly surprised that there is everything you need to prepare for a photo: from a roller for clothes to a comb and matting napkins. Expectations and reality have coincided)

Excellent service, in the city center. There is a website, Instagram, on Yandex maps. It is convenient to sign up and you can always expect that you will be the only one being photographed now, without a crowd standing nearby and staring. A cozy office with a tea area. There is a large mirror, micellar, combs, powder for hair volume, matting napkins, a roller for clothes and much more. They give you as much time as you need to get prettier. They don't adjust it. They ask several times what documents photos are needed for to make sure that the person has not confused something. They take test photos, show them, offer to reshoot. Coordinate the position of the head for a better photo. They offer to select a photo on the computer and then retouch it. They ask for an opinion after retouching, it is possible to correct something else. They send a digital version and print it. They give out a check (if it's important to someone). The photographer is simply space! Responsive, lively, interested in a good result. Top!

Отличная студия, находится в центре Минска (паковки для авто далеко, это единственный минус). Зона ожидания удобная с чаем и шоколадками. Фотографии отличные! Учитывают пожелания гостей. Отдельное спасибо Наталье, очень внимательный и профессиональный сотрудник!

Обычно стараюсь не писать негативные отзывы. Но тут не смогла пройти мимо. Выбирала студию для фото тщательно. И конечно хотела красивое фото на паспорт. Приехали в назначенное время для фото на мой паспорт и паспорт мужа. Но у мастера оказалась не рабочая вспышка. Ну бывает, что тут такого. Это техника. Казалось бы, можно было не придавать этому значения. Девушка сказала подождать 5 минут. Прошло 20 минут, мы поинтересовались, заработала ли техника. Она сказала, что пока нет, но еще что-то посмотрит. Предложила приехать завтра. Но завтра мы не могли. Потому что фото нужно было сделать именно в этот день и паспорт нужно было сдать именно в этот день. В ожидании чуда мы прождали еще минут 25. Но чуда не произошло. Когда мы спросили снова, заработает ли фотоаппарат. Девушка сказала, что тех поддержка не отвечает. Извинений не было. В итоге час потраченного времени, которого и так было в обрез. Ну и клиентоориентированность, конечно, оставляет желать лучшего. Можно же было извиниться, предложить скидку например на последующую съёмку. НИЧЕГО. И может всё таки, за фото с ретушью в 55 бел. рублей с человека, когда в других студиях эта услуга (тоже с ретушью!!!) стоит 11 бел. рублей, в студии должен иметься запасной фотоаппарат, чтобы подобных ситуаций не возникало.

Вцелом, все понравилось. Классное освещение, фотограф отличный. Заказывала фото с ретушью. Увлеклись процессом, фото получилось красивое, но все же немного перебрали с ретушью. Все же это фото на документы) Если Вы хотите красивое фото на документы, Вам точно сюда!

Очень классное место! Записалась заранее на определённое время, на месте есть все необходимое, чтобы привести себя в порядок и подготовиться, сделали кучу кадров, пока мне понравится. Брала пакет с ретушью, мне чудесно все отредактировали, даже убрали из кадра волосы, которые некрасиво лежали на плече. Очень милая девушка фотограф, предлагали чай/водичку/конфеты. Помимо хороших фото получила очень приятные эмоции от посещения, спасибо!

I took a photo in the passport and I liked it. We took about 10 photos and then chose the best one with an employee. Then we did a professional retouch and the photo came out really beautiful. If you need several sets, they will print them out for free.

Удобное расположение, жаль, что нет вывески, немного сбивает с толку. Быстро, качественно и красиво. Не люблю фотографироваться на документы, т.к. стабильно себе не нравлюсь на фото подобного рода. Впервые это не так) Однозначно рекомендую
