We are the Belarusian office of Tarnix Trade LLC. We have been using the responsible storage warehouse for almost a year, as well as transshipment of goods and shipment across the Republic of Belarus. The staff is polite, attentive, always tries to help and do everything promptly. Several times we had non-standard requests for placement and storage - they always helped us out and went to a meeting. We have been working with IDP - West (formerly TMF) for a couple of years now. It is very pleasant to deal with such a company when all the staff have become like "Their own". Everything goes smoothly at work, everyone helps each other where possible. Our curator for responsible storage Larisa Anatolyevna is in touch 24/7 and all issues that arise are quickly resolved collectively (thanks a lot to her for this). The warehouse is also large and roomy, I would like to express my gratitude to Vladimir, Sergey and Philip. And not so long ago, we started shipping to the Russian Federation: reasonable prices (for small and light loads), fast delivery, the ability to track the cargo. It's just awful! For half a day, Julia could not understand the size of the cargo and believed that they could not transport a cargo measuring 2m by 3m. with a thickness of 6mm. When we convinced her that it was possible, she sent us a form to fill out. We filled it out by hand, when filling it out, I specified in which column whose data to write - Julia gave the wrong answer. The most interesting thing is that after receiving the completed form, Julia said that we should redo it - print it in word. She does not understand the house number ..., at the same time she does not want to clarify, and we are ready to answer to clarify any point, does not want to take responsibility if she makes a mistake, — her words. This is the first time I am writing a review. Firstly, such customer service is unacceptable, I have not met worse; I sincerely wish that no one else would encounter this and I really hope that the head of the IDP West company will read this review. We asked to be contacted by the management, the head of the department, Alesya, defended Julia that we should print a form in the word.

Probably, it was worth being wary when the car was delivered 2 days earlier before the agreed date. But the cargo was ready. I wrote off the human factor, the first pancake was lumpy, etc. Shipped. It was planned to unload this product on Friday at the Eurotrade Shopping Center. It turned out that the manager did not hand over the unloading sheet and the driver did not arrive on time. They began to ask and specify to deliver on Saturday. BUT, at 9.00 they are just starting to deliver and at 19.00 the cars should be in the garage. According to Anastasia's manager. As a result, we coordinate delivery with eurotrade on Wednesday at 13.30. I pass the information to the manager, saying that time delivery is carried out for an additional fee, approx. Accepted. On Wednesday at 17.45 it is reported that the driver arrived, he was told to wait, he waited, but he was not accepted. The driver tried to call both us and the consignee, but it didn't work out. We receive a letter from Eurotrade, where he informs us that the driver was not in place at the agreed time. In addition to telephones, there was an e-mail available to all employees, but "they tried to call us"! Absolute unprofessionalism
