We were vacationing with a friend and children. We all liked the hotel very much. The food was delicious and varied. The staff is polite, cleaning and changing towels every day. Bottled water in the room, replenished every day to 4 pieces. Two employees speak Russian at the reception. We changed dollars at the Skazka cafe, 300 meters from the hotel, at 3.63. At the hotel at 3.45. The hotel beach was closed for reconstruction, a bus drove to the nearest beach, no problems, a maximum of 10 minutes of waiting, cruised all day. Umbrellas, sun beds, towels are free on the beach. Ice cream was also served on the beach. Sometimes a sausage in the dough. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach at most. We sometimes walked, went to the shops. In the evening we went to the store Day to day. A great alternative to all sorts of brands, they bought trousers, handbags, jewelry, home fragrances, scarves for souvenirs for 6 dirhams, dates in chocolate. Jeans for yourself, T-shirts for 20 dirhams for your men, beauty! Excursions are sold nearby, from the hotel to the left 50 meters and Said tour opposite the Fairy Tale. Dubai sightseeing 65 dollars per person, Abu Dhabi 80. A wonderful hotel! We stayed here during our holidays, and everything was top notch. The room turned out to be modern, with a comfortable balcony and stunning sea views. The check-in was quick, which was a nice bonus. The hotel has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: a swimming pool, sauna, hammam and gym. It is especially convenient that the beach can be easily reached by regular bus. A free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall is provided daily, allowing you to comfortably shop and enjoy shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back here again!

Pleasant hotel, polite staff, there are Russian speakers. The hotel is clean, everything is working. A varied menu, a buffet (there are vegan dishes, lots of fruits, Arabic sweets). A shuttle service runs every day to the Dubai Mall and back in the evening. The hotel has a seafood restaurant with a good selection of dishes, large portions, and discounts for hotel visitors. The spa center has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, hammam and sauna. Cons: the beach area in front of the hotel is under renovation, buses ran every half hour, there and back to the beach of Ramada (about 1 km), you can walk in 10 minutes.

A wonderful foursome! I was here in June 2023, everything is great. The service is excellent, the staff is at their best, there are employees who speak Russian. The food in the restaurant is very good, delicious, for me as a chicken lover, it's a great variety of cooked chicken and also its cooking quality! The beach is very nice, across the street from the hotel, there is a bar for those who want to drink Cola, but since the hotel is non-alcoholic, there is no alcohol. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I liked everything! I recommend you to come here by train. Also, for those who want to "shop around" from the hotel, there is a transfer to the Dubai Mall, you can find out about the transfer at the reception, but as I remember it leaves at 13-14 o'clock local time, goes back to the hotel at 21:00.

The price / quality combination is very good, the reception staff is very professional (there are Russian speakers), decent and varied buffet food, there is a separate small corner of children's food and a separate stand of spicy Indian cuisine. Free daily transfer to Dubai Mall and regular (once every 30 minutes) bus to the nearby beach (its beach is under renovation). Room cleaning for 5, any technical problems are eliminated within 1-2 hours after contacting the reception. Very good Wi-Fi, including on the beach.
Of the small disadvantages, I can only note that there are only 5 Russian channels on the TV in the room out of about 20-30 channels (3 are working on TNT, some kind of cinematic and religious, but 2 news ones were not working), and perhaps sometimes there are mini queues for elevators or to a restaurant.
The current beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the beach that is currently under renovation is opposite the hotel in a 2-minute walk. The hotel has a SPA floor with free heated outdoor pools and Jacuzzis, as well as separate saunas and hammam (M and W), a shared gym, and a women's SPA (now it's paid)

Great hotel. Wonderful kitchen! There is a private beach in front of the hotel with free sun beds and umbrellas. Ice cream and water are provided free of charge on the beach. The hotel itself has a free swimming pool, a SPA area (sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi). Excellent staff who try to please in everything. Most of them speak or understand Russian. Nearby (through the building on the left) there is an office for excursions, our Russians have organized in a very good location. I highly recommend a sightseeing tour, one of the most professional and knowledgeable Emirates tour guide Elena!!! I learned a lot of interesting and informative things about the Emirates.
There is a rest room on the last (16th) floor of the hotel. There you can hold a meeting, just sit in front of the panoramic window and admire the sea. You can wait in the same room after checking out of the room.
I will definitely come back to this hotel! 👍

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and very tasty food in the restaurant.. it was an all-inclusive program, it's a pity the hotel is non-alcoholic. There is an alcohol shop nearby, the prices are lower than in Dutifrey.. We were sitting on the balcony in the room in the evening and drinking.
The beach is a bit far, it takes about 15 minutes on foot, but it's even a plus to unwind after the restaurant, relax)))
We will definitely come back .. very quiet, without noise and other entertainment, because of which you will not really rest.

The hotel, the service, the food, the check-in - everything is at the highest level! Gorgeous guys at the reception, always ready to help, the room is great (Junior suite 313), although everyone is trying to move in higher, but everything was fine with us!
The restaurant is beyond praise, everything is fresh, always clean, dirty dishes will be removed immediately, the table is disinfected in front of every visitor, roses were placed on every table on February 14th!
Will we come back? If possible, we will!!!!
The fence from the beach strip was removed with us, so I think by the season the beach will return to the hotel, while the bus takes every 30 minutes

We are now in this hotel! Check-in is clear from 2 p.m. The hotel is full! Everyone is very polite and friendly! The room is spacious, with a balcony and sea view. Like all the rooms in the hotel! But there is a large-scale construction/ reconstruction of the beach under the windows. Therefore, there is a constant rumble and it will last for a long time! The beach opposite does not work accordingly, so they take you to a new one in a five-minute drive! There is a beach for several hotels at once. There is enough room for everyone , but in the water, like herring in a barrel. There are a lot of people! The water is very warm, but the sea is stormy! And the bottom is in the shell, it's uncomfortable to go in and out with the waves!
Food. Breakfasts are ordinary, traditional, stale yesterday's pastries are the norm here. But you can always find a fresh one if you choose. Lunches and dinners are varied and delicious! There are practically no fruits - apples and oranges in the morning, nothing but watermelons and melons in the afternoon. There are pineapples, but as a rule, they are immature.
A small pool and Jacuzzi on the second floor, you can swim when the sea is stormy!
For the first time I rest purely in a city hotel, probably for this type of hotel it is decent! But we won 't go any more .

It's a very nice hotel. We had a rest here in March 2025.
The hotel is located on the first line. Each room has a balcony with a view of the bay coastline, the view is beautiful, although the renovation of the shore has not yet been completed. All rooms face the bay.
I was very pleased with the service. Friendly staff (there is a Russian speaker at the reception). When we checked in, we were shown several rooms. As a result, we stayed on the 8th floor in the wing from where the beautiful sunset was not visible, which they considered necessary to warn us about! We still watched the sunset, in the evening by the pool.
All the rooms that were shown to us were in order.
The room is always clean, daily cleaning. Linen change - once every three days, if desired, as often as possible. Towels were changed every day. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. There is a small refrigerator, a small kettle, several tea bags, coffee, sugar and cream are always available.
The bathroom is in excellent condition, there is always a good water pressure in the shower, there is always hot water.
There is soap, shower gel, shampoo, brushes, shower caps, cotton swabs, NO conditioner for hair (but the water is very soft, I did without the latter).
There are disposable slippers. A small disadvantage for us is the lack of bathrobes, they are only in the suites (as we were told), but still the hotel is 4-star.
The staff is very responsive to any request (to bring something to the room, or, for example, to turn off the air conditioner (we had a moment of minor malfunction)) it responds quickly!
An adapter for an outlet is provided at the reception, if necessary.
The beach is now a 15-minute walk away. There is also a bus running back and forth every 20-30 minutes, and there is a timetable in the lobby.
The beach is clean, with sand and a strip of small, sharp shells right next to the water. There are free sun beds and umbrellas (they are in sufficient quantity). Towels are provided on the beach.
The entrance to the water is moderately shallow, and the bathing area is comfortable for those who feel insecure in the water. The water is clean.
It is still unknown when the renovation of the coastline will be completed and the beach opposite the hotel will open. The work is not carried out by the hotel, but by the state.
The food is varied and delicious, seafood, meat, fish, steamed vegetables, potatoes, pasta, there are always a lot of greens and vegetable salads, 2 types of porridge in the morning, 2 types of soup in the afternoon and evening. Just like everywhere else - pastries, desserts, fruits and berries - apples, bananas, oranges, watermelon, melon, dates, dried apricots and canned fruits. If the dish ends, it is immediately replenished, and this is monitored all the time.
The restaurant is clean, dirty dishes are cleaned quickly.
The customer service is excellent here!

A great hotel by the sea. Sensitive, responsive Russian-speaking staff. The location is 10 minutes walk to the private beach, there is a shuttle service with an interval of 30 minutes. The food is good, there is always seafood, fresh vegetables, fruits. They give ice cream, burgers, and drinks on the beach.
Free comfortable buses run daily from the hotel to the Dubai Mall, and pick up in the evening.
We were lucky, they gave us an improved suite with two toilets instead of the standard.

We had a rest together from November 24 to November 30, breakfast + dinner. We rate our holidays perfectly, albeit with a couple of nuances.
First, about the advantages. All rooms have sea views, clean in the room, in the corridors, in the restaurant. Very friendly, unobtrusive and polite staff. Delicious food, fresh, we didn't stay hungry. You could try something new every day. Large bathroom, comfortable furniture in the room. Grocery stores, pharmacies, snack bars (both the usual snack bars like KFS and local establishments) are within walking distance.
And a little bit about the cons. Due to the renovation of the entire Ajman embankment, the beach "moved" - it was necessary to get to it by the hotel bus (5 minutes, walked very often), or walk 10-15 minutes on foot. It's not critical, but it's a little insulting. However, the hotel has nothing to do with it, on the contrary, I would like to note the worthy organization of the transfer of tourists to the cherished beach. I also had to tinker a little with the air conditioning in the room, some kind of sensor did not work and the cooling did not turn on immediately.
P.S. Ajman is a great place just for a lazy beach holiday, not for driving.
P.P.S. Dear tourists, do not forget that alcohol is strictly controlled in the UAE, it will not be at every step. Therefore, complaining about its inaccessibility is stupid.

The rooms are new, everything is clean, they are cleaned better than in many hotels. All rooms are specific)
It takes about an hour to get to Dubai, and 2-2.5 hours to get to Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is super!

7 days in a fairy tale...
I spent the second time in Ajman (the first time I was in a nearby Ramada hotel).
I stayed at the hotel from April 15 to April 21, 2025. I've really been in a fairy tale.
I would like to thank the hotel staff: everyone is very polite, friendly and attentive, many people know Russian. The reception is always ready to help and prompt, the restaurant staff cleans tables very quickly and helps to find a free table, room cleaning is perfect, as in the whole hotel.
They gave me a room on the 8th floor, the view is gorgeous (all rooms in this hotel have sea views), the room is very clean, beautiful, modern, the bed is huge (2 double beds), slippers, iron, ironing board, minibar, hygiene kit and water (updated daily), in general everything what you need for a comfortable stay.
The food is like in a restaurant: everything is fresh and very tasty, I took full board: I especially liked the variety of seafood, salads, fruits and dried fruits.
Beach: the main renovation work on the beach next to the hotel is completed, there is no noise. Now the beach is about a kilometer away from the hotel. There is a shuttle service very often. But I walked (10-15 minutes) along the coastline.
The beach at 3 hotels of this chain is large and clean, lots of sun beds and umbrellas, shower, toilet, changing cabins, towels, the sea was stormy almost every day, but you can swim comfortably to the left of the beach, next to the breakwater. The rescuers are very attentive, I really do not work for show.
There are many cafes and shops near the hotel, I recommend Adjman markets cooperative society separately - it is a 20-minute walk from the hotel, but it is really a decent store, such as metro or globus.
This is the second time I've bought excursions in saidturs (located next to the Skazka cafe). Last time I took a sightseeing tour of Dubai, this time I went to Abu Dhabi and Dubai Marina. I would like to mention Said's professional and human qualities. Everything is clear, always in touch, a very positive, erudite young man, speaks excellent Russian, conducts excursions himself (Dubai and Abu Dhabi, etc.). Everything is very well organized, interesting and not stressful.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days in April 2025.

The location of the hotel is good, all rooms face the sea. But there is noise from the road. We were so tired during the day that we hardly noticed him.
The beach at the hotel is under reconstruction. You can take a walk in the morning or evening, the embankment is already ready, but swimming is not recommended.
There is a bus service every 30 minutes to the equipped private beach. You can also walk for 10 minutes if it's not very hot.
There are sun beds, umbrellas, towels, showers, changing rooms, water attractions, cafes, toilets, volleyball and playgrounds.

We had a rest with our family in the all inclusive format. I really liked the hotel: spacious room with sea view, friendly staff, excellent room cleaning (daily). At the time of arrival, the beach across the street was closed, so a convenient transfer was organized (small buses often went). The food was delicious, there was always a choice. Great hotel. We had a rest from February 8th to 15th. The rooms are clean and spacious, with stunning views of the bay. We booked a Family room. A bus to the Dubai Mall will take everyone away and bring them every day, without an appointment, the main thing is not to get lost in the mall when looking for a bus parking spot when returning. The only drawbacks are loud morning prayers at 6 a.m. from a nearby mosque and the noise of machinery covering the nearby beach.

And during all this time there was plankton in the water. It bites and leaves marks on the skin, then it itches and blisters form. We couldn't swim properly. Plus, I'm allergic to these bites. The beach at the hotel is closed for reconstruction, that is, it takes 20 minutes to walk or you need to adjust to the shuttle. On the beach itself, a building is being demolished through a screen with a jackhammer, instead of the noise of the sea, we heard a construction site!
The food is terribly salty! I hope because the cook fell in love, and does not express his dissatisfaction)
I would like to say about the reception separately. In 2022, with a baby in our arms after the flight, we had to stop by the room, we didn't go to the request to go to a meeting and check in at least a little earlier, we slept with the whole family in the fai until exactly 14:00. It's okay, the sea and delicious food have overcome these disadvantages of fatigue. But in 2025, when we found the same guy at the reception, we informed him that we were on the RAMADA network for the third time and maybe, as regular customers, we could be given a higher room or a compliment... to which, with a stony face, we were given the 6th floor with a room where the hood was working non-stop and only the faucet was running hot water, and from the window you could hear the reconstruction of the beach, which, by the way, did not stop day or night.
In this case, how does the garden differ from the ramada black? What is the overpayment for and why don't they warn you about the beach that people are traveling for??

The Wi-Fi worked well everywhere, including at sea. There were no problems with towels or sun beds on the beach. The administrator is a wonderful person. I organized games on the beach myself. The winners were awarded medals and soft toys. This was the first time I had a vacation at sea during this period of the year. We really liked it. We visited the UAE for the first time and were satisfied. We were very satisfied with the hotel. We will definitely come again.

In the second half of March, I spent my vacation in the Emirate of Ajman in this wonderful hotel. Check-in - everything is fast, polite guys at the reception, when buying a tour, I asked for a higher floor and one large bed, everything was provided. The rooms are large, all with sea views. On the 2nd floor there is a spa center and a swimming pool, the pool is small, but in the evening it is just a pleasure to swim and admire the beautiful sunsets. The food is just great, meat, fish, seafood (crabs, shrimps, mussels, oysters, squid), vegetables, desserts, fruits - they cook very tasty. The only drawback is that there are few seats and for dinner, those who did not have time to take a queue at seven in the evening can wait for a very long time. The hotel beach is under reconstruction, literally the last touches have to be completed. We took a bus, exactly three minutes to go. The beach is equipped with everything you need - sun beds, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms, toilets, a bar with drinks and snacks. There are a lot of sun beds, everyone is always tired. The beach line is large, the entrance is gradual, but I would recommend corals, it hurts to enter and exit the shells. It's better on the main beach, there are practically no shells, I walked along the shore. In case of eviction, it was allowed to extend until one o'clock in the afternoon without additional charges. The good news is that they take you to the Dubai Mall every day from the hotel, which is very convenient - they pick you up at three in the afternoon and return at nine in the evening. This time is quite enough to walk around the center (aquarium, pearl divers, fountains to see) or to shop around. Although Ajman has a great shopping mall. I took three excursions from street kids, on the left when leaving the hotel - Old Dubai with dinner on a Dhow boat, Oman with the Indian Ocean and Abu Dhabi, I really liked it - small groups of up to 12 people, guide Alyona Umnichka (I paid $ 200 for three excursions, quite reasonable prices). I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and acquaintances, thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

We decided to celebrate the New Year in the Emirates, and according to the reviews we chose this hotel. It was important to us that the beach was nearby + a New Year's banquet + cleanliness + delicious food. We were very satisfied with all the points! Although check-in was from 14:00, and we arrived at 05:00, we were checked in early, at 11 a.m. Upon check-in, when we had already laid out all our things, the floor did not seem clean enough to us - but when we first contacted the reception, the issue was resolved and the floors were immediately washed. I especially want to mention the guy at the reception who was at the check-in and check-out - he speaks Russian, is a very polite and pleasant young man, always prompted and helped to solve all our questions. We don't speak English and we were worried that we would experience difficulties in this hotel and in the country in general, but we were very comfortable, since almost everyone in the hotel knows the standard phrases in Russian there. The food is very diverse - there is always fish, beef, chicken, fresh vegetables and fruits, a variety of salads and desserts. I ate seafood from the bottom of my heart! There is a separate corner for children, my daughter ate only pasta all week (But the main thing is that they were always there. It is very convenient that there is a transfer to Dubai, from there they could get to other points in Dubai. The beach was under reconstruction, but a bus took us to the neighboring beach, and often we enjoyed walking this way - it wasn't far, with a child it took us 15 minutes to get there. Towels are provided on the beach, there are enough sun beds, there is a cafe (food is brought from the restaurant - the same as at the hotel). By the way, this restaurant also has great seafood, very tasty and fresh. Perhaps, if we find fault, we would like the staff to pay less attention to us during the meal, it is not very pleasant to eat under the gaze. But I can't say that it bothered me somehow. Everyone is very polite and always smiles, especially towards children - they are always treated with kindness. The sauna, pool, and Jacuzzi are also good, as well as the staff there are very attentive.
The only drawbacks are the banquet! We did not expect that a crowd of more than a hundred people would have to get up from the tables and go to get food on their plates, which created a queue and a crowd. That's probably our mentality. 🙈

Due to the renovation of the embankment, which was initiated by the municipality, the beach was moved a short distance from the hotel (about 700 meters). Buses take tourists to the beach from the hotel and back every 30 minutes. We walked for 10 minutes, and on the spot. It didn't bother me at all, especially if I returned along the sea in the evening. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. Lifeguards are on duty at the beach, who do not allow swimming at a dangerous distance from the shore and make sure that outsiders do not enter the beach area. WiFi on the beach doesn't work badly, but when there are a lot of people it can slow down. It is very good that there is a free shuttle service to Dubai Mall, which we used. We rested here for 10 days. Great hotel. The staff is polite, everyone is smiling. The food was very tasty, the 3-year-old child always had something to eat. For breakfast: omelets, porridges, pancakes. For lunch : 2 types of soup , fish , meat , mashed potatoes . There is also a great variety for dinner. There are always a lot of cakes, pies, fruits.
There is a very good gym. Sauna , Jacuzzi, hammam. Swimming pool and children's area. Everything is washed in the morning and evening. There is a beach across the street .
We went to Dubai by bus, a big comfortable one.
The only thing is that we arrived at 9, and check-in is only from 13 to 14. She asked us to check in early (for money), but no, there are no places. Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival.
