We stayed at this hotel from January 6 to January 11, 2025.Beautiful green area, there are Parking spaces. We arrived immediately to check in, which passed very quickly.A welcome tea was offered at the time of registration. We stayed at villa 312, where the pool is located in the courtyard, which I consider more convenient than those where the pool is located at the entrance and, passing by, strangers can see how you spend your time, since the villa is fenced from the street not by a fence, but by a hedge. The villa itself is modern, well-equipped, on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette (with dishes), a toilet, on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom with a shower. Each room has a separate split system. The mini-bar is fully stocked, in addition to free drinks, there are plenty of everything for different tastes, from cider to Jack, and there are various snacks in the form of chips and nuts. The pool is small and clean, unfortunately it was a bit cold in January, so we used to go in and refresh ourselves. There are 2 sun beds nearby, and there is also a shower. There is a floating hammock, a favorite pastime for children. On the cons of the villa:problems with draining in the shower.at some point, the water simply stopped leaving and, having "overflowed", went all over the bathroom.I had to speed up by taking a shower. Also, in some places on the walls and ceiling, repairs are asking for, but this is so, quibbles. There were no problems with cleaning. The breakfasts at the hotel are great! This is not a standard buffet:according to this system, juices, fruits, smoothies, champagne, cuts, pastries, hot dishes such as fried chicken, noodles, etc. are presented. you choose the main dish from the menu, one per person. European and local cuisine are presented. And these dishes are wonderful, from taste to decoration. English breakfast, a variety of omelets, croissant with ham, eggs Benedict in various variations (with ham, with salmon), toast with avocado, etc. a decent-sized dish, full and without additives from the buffet. You can also choose coffee and tea from the menu, and the waitresses bring everything. Each table immediately has a shelf with small snacks (mini sandwiches, salad tartlet, mini croissants with cheese and spinach, butter). Service and service in the restaurant for 5+. The waitresses are all very cute, pretty girls, dressed in caps and combat suits in the style of a bistro.the service was fast, with a constant smile. We came here once for dinner. Prices bite, of course, but for a hotel restaurant it's not surprising. As always, the dishes and cocktails were excellent. Everything is very tasty and tastefully decorated. There is a bar and a swimming pool on the top floor of the same building. We went in once, but the employee was not seen in the bar, although it was already after its opening. There was only one couple with children in the pool besides us, there were no crowds) Everything is fine here too, secluded. A floating hammock, sun beds in the water, sun beds nearby. Location:The hotel is for those who travel by car or bike and use the hotel as a place to relax after a busy day: had a great breakfast, went to the beach / excursion, returned and after dinner you relax by your pool. There is nothing within walking distance-no massages, no cafes. If you walk along the road down towards the ocean (there is no sidewalk) in about ten minutes you can go to the beach, there is a cafe on the right, visitors are noticed there, but it did not inspire confidence. On the first evening of arrival, after walking along this poorly lit road with three children, they realized that this was not an option at all, just a taxi or a car.I think that the visitors are there because there is nothing else nearby. The embankment area starts from here. If you walk forward for another 15-20 minutes, a busy coastal area begins.about 10 different cafes, saw a massage parlor. Once we came here for dinner by taxi (on the first day of arrival, after a disgusting cafe near the hotel), we had dinner at Cafe Orange.I wouldn't go back there. It doesn't seem bad, but somehow very simple. There is a beach across the street from the cafes, and during the day you can rent a sunbed there and relax. The water in this part of the coast is not very beautiful and clean, but for lack of other options, you can swim here. You can also get from the hotel to the beach by car, and you can walk up and talk to the beach at any time. But back on your own. We rented a car, so there were no problems with shops and massages.:after the coastal area, the local area begins with shops, stalls, markets, lots of massage parlors and small cafes. There is also a temple and a pier nearby. It takes about 10 minutes by car from the hotel. We went swimming to the military beach, which is a 20-minute drive from the hotel. Here, the sand and water are no worse than the island ones. But the infrastructure (toilets, cafes) is much better and cleaner. There are monkeys in the parking area, which you can watch. Sometimes they come to the beach, so it's better to keep your bags closed)) In general, the hotel left a good impression about itself! Excellent responsive staff, good cuisine, high level of service. For travelers by car, it is an excellent financially affordable option.
