Great store and nice staff! I ordered the entire computer for the components here. We promptly accepted the order and called to clarify the information. They also gave some recommendations and, if desired, options for components. It was easy and pleasant to communicate with the manager. They could have delivered all the components in a couple of days, but at my request they were postponed to a certain date. I planned to build the PC myself, but changed my mind and called the next day. Looking ahead, I will say that I did not regret it. They were assembled perfectly (as if I were collecting for myself). All components are guaranteed from 12 to 24 (36) months. There are no questions about the delivery either. During the day, they called, clarified whether everything was in force and named a short period of time in which the goods would be delivered. On the day of delivery, they called again and gave a specific time. They arrived at the exact appointed time. Also, at the end, I had a nice conversation with the employee who delivered the goods: he answered some of my questions about the components, assembly, and tests performed. Total: great store, great staff, everything is great!

There was an unpleasant situation (for me) I bought water cooling here in the year 24. I've been building a computer for a year. Well, ironically, I assembled the PC only when the coolant expired under the warranty period for a month and a half. As you all understood, the breakdown was in the coolant. I turned to the guys, they didn't refuse, I brought the coolant to them after the new year, despite the holidays, they accepted this expired warranty case and exchanged it in a short time. It's a delight for me. The fact that they have on their website says that they will help in any trouble and treat humanly. It's not true, it's a FACT! I recommend it)
