Excellent gym, good location with convenient parking. A children's room with classes and various workouts, which is sooo convenient in the evening. The staff is very friendly and courteous. By loading, it depends on the time of day and seasonality. The changing rooms are clean, tidy, and there is a steam room.

I will assume that the estimates on Yandex are biased, since they are different on Google maps.
The most disloyal subscription policy. You can buy a subscription for at least 3 months, and there is not a single day of freezing. If you want to go on vacation or a business trip, then you need to PAY extra FOR NOT VISITING THE CLUB! This is beyond my comprehension.
As for the equipment, it is the most common. There is nowhere to put a water shaker on treadmills and nowhere to put a phone. If your weight is more than 90 kg, then know that the tape is worn out and will not slide normally. There is nowhere to put a bottle or a phone next to the simulator.
In 15 minutes in the local sauna, in the men's locker room, I didn't break a sweat. I did not understand the meaning of such a sauna.
As for classes with children, these are formal classes, they are not a substitute for full-fledged clubs. Rather, your children will be entertained while you train.
If there was a less terrorist policy regarding season tickets, then a normal gym is no better and no worse than others. The sports Family is nearby, as for me, and is bigger and more spacious and more pleasant.

I don't go to the gym, I can only say about the organization of group classes. Be prepared that you will be practicing the same program for 3-4 months, neither the music nor the type of exercises will change. At the very beginning, if you're new, when you come to class, the coach won't even tell you which tools to take, let's call them that...and the coach comes at .00, not in advance. The newcomers receive a minimum of attention. No one cares how you squat there, and in general, whether you do the exercises correctly, minimum attention is paid to stretching. I went to Titan earlier, to Argumentum, there is something to compare group classes with, they are radically different.

An excellent gym, spacious, bright, Italian exercise machines, several of them, the cardio zone is simply off the scale in terms of availability and variety. The locker rooms are very large, there is enough space for everyone, I like to train here. By far, the best I've been in. I would like to add a steam room, it's not bad after heavy training.
