I've been going to the gym for two weeks now. Of the advantages, I can mention a small number of people in the daytime and in the morning, kind and helpful staff, as well as adequate and accessible coaches. The hall is almost always well-groomed and clean, there is a shower room. Of the disadvantages, I can note its compactness, but for some it is also a plus.

I've been going to this gym for almost a year, and I really like it, even though it's small, but it's cozy and there's plenty of exercise equipment. There is a separate room where you can warm up on the mat, it is spacious! I am pleased with the cleanliness in the gym and locker rooms, the wonderful woman Elena wipes everything, even the lockers on top, where no one looks, I was surprised how she wipes everything there on a stepladder! The administrators are all friendly, attentive, and helpful! A room where you want to return every day!

A small but pleasant enough gym, there is everything you need for training. I really liked coach Alexander, it is clear that a person loves his job, lives it, knows the anatomy perfectly and selects workouts based on individual characteristics and tasks. I am happy to visit this hall. I recommend.
