This is not a bank, but a collective farm of some kind.without repair and comfort.It's cold in winter and hot in summer.we came to change the pension card with my mother, and the young man opened a physical card for us instead of a pension card.so while they were opening the card to us, the money was debited every day, and my mother did not see this card in her eyes.and when she received the card in her hands, the representative of the bank said that she was spending.the chairs are uncomfortable and creaky, and the staff are not qualified.

Today I faced an extremely unpleasant situation in the bank. I stood with a small child from morning until 15:00, trying to transfer my $100 to a visa card. I was told that the currency is not directly transferred, and I was advised to first transfer money into amounts and put it on a summation card from Hulk Bank, and then convert these amounts to a visa card through the Khazna application. I followed all the instructions, but their program refuses to convert money. The conversion did not take place either through ATMs, through the cashier, or through the application. This not only took up a lot of my time, but also created huge inconveniences. I am very disappointed with the service and work of the bank. I do not advise anyone to contact this bank
