The menu has adequate prices, so there is always a crowd of local people and experienced tourists. The service is fast, the portions are medium, the pomegranate wine is delicious. WiFi is available for non-residents and it is free, there are sockets for charging the phone. The brick vaults of the basement give an entourage of asceticism. There is a toilet. The first time we went in, we liked everything very much, but the second time we didn't like it very much - the portions were small, there was only cartilage with mosles in the lamb kebab.

A wonderful cafe. We went through the reviews on Yandex and were not deceived. Prices are two or three times lower than popular tourist destinations. The portions are decent! The service is both unobtrusive and attentive at the same time!
We took bean and lentil soups, lula and dolma. Everything is very tasty, the cradle melts in your mouth. For two people with a bottle of dry red wine, the first and second came out 40 manats. Overeat! And judging by the lack of free tables at five in the evening, the place is a favorite of many! I recommend it, you can't go wrong! 👍

A wonderful cafe with very tasty food and hospitable service. Homemade wine from Ganja is a delight! The fish (there was a trout) just melts in your mouth. Yumurta is delicious , homemade cheese, chorek.. In general, we were very satisfied. Many thanks to the owner! He treated us carefully, sat us down, served us like dear guests..
P.S. the toilet, of course, is not for the faint of heart, but this is a trifle that you can survive)

We went to eat twice. Delicious. It is diverse. Not expensive. I would like to emphasize the attention and fast service.
I will especially note. There are queues at the entrance - a popular place for local office workers. The staff looks at how many people are at the entrance, they are escorted to the tables. For 2, 3, 4 or more people. We waited no more than 5-7 minutes.

At lunch, a full hall (while they ate slowly, but not too slowly, three pairs of visitors changed at the next table) The choice of dishes is large: national dishes are side by side with sausage and mashed potatoes. We have not seen a smaller price tag in the center. Strangely enough, there is homemade wine, quite tolerable, bottled by the glass. I boldly recommend it.

I came here by chance on the advice of a guide. Russian Russian is budget-friendly, delicious, the waiters speak Russian, the menu is duplicated in Russian. Very convenient! For reference: a teapot of tea with lemon is 3 manats, a kebab in the photo is 6 manats (324 rubles).
I recommend it! This is a historical center! The locals eat here.

The dishes are delicious, it feels like eating at home. A very polite and respectful waiter, placed the three of us in a separate room with a table for 6 people, recommended the dishes himself.
Prices are lower than in other establishments. The reviews wrote about the bill in one digit on a piece of paper, so from my point of view it does not matter, because the bill is lower than expectations and there is no point in understanding prices.

The menu is very limited. There are many positions by type: mashed potatoes with a cutlet. We took lettuce, plastic tomatoes (and this is in Baku). The meat is oak. Lyulya is also a C-grade.
I liked only tea, rice (crumbly) and flatbread.
We paid 25 manats for lunch for two.
The cafe is located in the basement. It's dark and not cozy.
Conclusion. To eat on a budget - yes. Enjoying a meal is not.
