When you buy a product, everyone is polite and smiling. I sent the massager for diagnosis 1.5 months ago. The contract specifies a diagnostic period of 3-7 business days. I came 3 times to find out where the massager was, it was cold from time to time and all the arrows went to the service center. They don't know what the Consumer Protection Act is! They do not understand that, in the end, it is the store that is responsible to the customer, not the service center. In general, if you have to send something for diagnosis, then you will have strength and patience. It's better to buy in Zoomer! Not a foot in xiaomi Grand Mall anymore : /

We bought an expensive robot vacuum cleaner this year at the store opposite the escalator (there is another one nearby). The first thing that surprised me was that if the product is in stock on the website, then in fact it is not in the store. I had to order with prepayment with delivery from Tbilisi. And that's the least of the problems. Three months after the purchase, the vacuum cleaner broke down. The seller in the store gives some vague recommendations like restart the device and set a different country in the application, while the malfunction is not software, but clearly technical. Twice!!! we sent a vacuum cleaner through this store to a service center in Tbilisi, waited for a month, and twice!!! he was coming back with the same breakdown. After that, we decided to file a claim for a refund, because in this case it is provided for by the law on consumer protection. At this stage, sellers tried in every possible way to dissuade, redirected the problem to the Tbilisi service center (what does it have to do with it? by law, the seller is responsible), they insisted that the device must be rebooted, and the problem would go away. The claim was not accepted during a personal visit. We'll have to send it by other official routes. In total, out of the 6 months that we have had a robot vacuum cleaner, for which we spent $ 1,000, it has been repaired for almost half of the time and has not been repaired, and the seller prevents us from returning money or replacing it. I strongly do not recommend this store.
