I called the service to find out about the phone flashing, they didn't even listen to me. They say that my phone is made only for China and they can't do anything to help. A very interesting answer, because my phone was bought in Europe. In the official store. This means that the official service listed on Xiaomi's website not only does not know how to do anything (it takes 20 minutes to make a new firmware, I would have done it myself, but now I don't have the technical capability), but they don't even want to talk, see what needs to be done. В магазине ни разу не был, покупал исключительно доставкой. В принципе доволен, пока магазин не подводил. Вот сейчас жду доставку Xiaomi 11T, надеюсь будет качественным и прослужит долго)).
