Disgusting after-sales service. I bought headphones from xiaomi through kaspi.kz and regretted 10000000 times. The headphones were sent defective, they did not connect well to the Xiaomi 13pro smartphone, they were constantly disconnected and closed while walking. I wrote to the Caspian, they redirected me to the return department of this non-store. The employee is not competent, sent to the service center, specifying the wrong address. I spent half a day to get to the service center, as a result, I was redirected to another service center. They took the headphones there, wrote an act stating that the headphones were defective, said make a return to the Caspian Sea, we notified the store that the headphones had been sent to the warehouse. I pressed return to the Caspian Sea, they demand to give them the headphones! BUT THERE ARE NONE! They have already been seized. They were sent back to the store's returns department. They refuse to make a refund, they demand to return the headphones, the marriage certificate from their official service center is not a decree to them. As a result, they exhausted all their nerves until they came out to their leadership with a scandal. Only after that they accepted the act and made a refund. Two weeks of running around, wasted time.

Terrible store, terrible service! Do not buy anything from the seller xiaomi.kz . If you want, then take it in Sulpak, in the Technodome or in the white wind. Sharashkin's offices are like xiaomi.kz is not even worth considering, let them go through the forest... It is better to overpay and take it from a good, trusted store, where they will help you and, if necessary, they will get into the situation and accept the product back if it does not answer the phone due to technical problems.
