Great place! Competent, polite sellers! I needed a thermos bottle that keeps me warm for a long time. I traveled all over the city. The maximum that they could offer me was 6 hours, and that's not the maximum temperature, and by the 6th hour the contents of the thermos will be warm.
In desperation, I went into this store. The saleswoman (unfortunately, she did not remember the name) quickly guided me to the manufacturer and advised me on the product, based on my preferences.

Instead of solving the problem quickly, you run around the city for a month and wait for it is not clear what. Another moment, not critical. But still. Not a single hint of an apology. I bought an air humidifier in this store (the consultant girl on the phone assured me that this humidifier does not leave puddles under it) as a result, the humidifier leaks, leaves puddles. And the most interesting thing in this situation is that two diagnostics from specialists from your store showed that the humidifier is working properly! I tried to return it 10 days after the purchase, but they refused me. As a result, the defective humidifier is at home, which I cannot use, no one has returned the money to me. Therefore, I do not advise you to purchase goods in this store!!!! This is the first time I've encountered such a situation! Any product, even without defects, can be returned within 14 days!!!!! no matter how much I contacted your store, no one helped me solve this issue. I ask the management to pay attention to my situation!
