We came with a specific purpose, to buy a robot vacuum cleaner. E-10 like. It costs 300 rubles. How do you like this price for dating? I think this is the best deal on the market. And oh, my surprise, when literally from the very first phrases, they begin to dissuade me from buying this product. They literally say not to buy. Of course, the word don't buy wasn't mentioned, but there wasn't a single argument in favor of buying either. The whole product presentation started with why you don't need it. When in the process of selling this model of vacuum cleaner, I pointed out that I already have the cheapest vacuum cleaner from the line, only a vertical one for 130 rubles, which I have been using for the third year and am as happy as possible. I was told, you know, I hear a lot of negative things about him so often. Apparently, someone uses it.
Next, I asked for a filter for the vertical vacuum cleaner and they immediately told me no, we don't have one. To be honest, I didn't have a single desire to ask where to buy.
At the same time, I think it was said in a hurry)
Then, the consultant played the role that maybe some filter from more EXPENSIVE models would fit our model) and it so happened that there was a filter specifically for our vacuum cleaner 🙀

I tried to return it 10 days after the purchase, but they refused me. As a result, the defective humidifier is at home, which I cannot use, no one has returned the money to me. Therefore, I do not advise you to purchase goods in this store!!!! This is the first time I've encountered such a situation! Any product, even without defects, can be returned within 14 days!!!!! no matter how much I contacted your store, no one helped me solve this issue. But their aggressive sales and the desire to SELL goods without understanding the purpose and request of the customer are annoying.

What was my surprise when they told me in the store that I had ordered both headphones and a mosquito repellent device!) It's amazing, I didn't give my consent, but we decided to add it. Okay, let's say me and the employee didn't understand each other when talking on the phone.
Then it's more fun: in the process of buying the product, they tried to sell me an air humidifier and a hydrogel film on my phone. I didn't even ask about it.
Guys, I came to pick up my product, not to buy anything else. This is already a bazaar: but buy this, take this and get that. You don't even know what I need and what I don't need.
Total: once is an accident, two is a coincidence, three is a trend.
I came to the conclusion that the purpose of the store chain is not to understand what the customer needs, but simply to sell)

Next, I was informed that they had transferred the reservation to the magnet via their telegram chat and I could safely go there.
What a pleasant surprise was on the magnet when I was informed that there was a vacuum cleaner on the armor, but not on my armor
