Terribly framed. We wanted to buy a cleaning vacuum cleaner as a birthday gift, but there was no availability. We placed the order on Sunday, the consultant said on Thursday after 15:00 they will bring it and they will call us. We also clarified "will they be delivered before Thursday?", to which the answer was in the affirmative. They took all the necessary data and told me to wait for the call. Thursday came, no one called us back until 20:00 and we decided to come and clarify. It turned out that the order had not even been placed. A terrible consultant set us up very badly and spoiled our attitude to this service. Thank you very much to him

Hello! I want to share the unpleasant impression of visiting this store.
We received an SMS about the delivery of the goods to the store, the opening hours were indicated (Fri and Sat until 22:00) and we entered the store on Friday at 21:05. The seller immediately kicked us out with the words "we are not working, you were deceived about the store's opening hours." We were very disappointed with this misinformation, because we had to drive through the whole city, as well as the complete indifference of the seller.
