We bought a Dreame H12 dual vacuum cleaner.After using it for about 11 months, it stopped charging, and it was sent to the service 4 times. We changed the station for the first time (it didn't help). The second time we "cleaned the contacts" (it didn't help / or rather, not for long). After the third time, they called to pick it up, came, checked on the spot, but the vacuum cleaner still does not charge (the consultants themselves saw this), sent it 4 times (without picking it up)By the way, they didn't send it right away either, because the consultants forgot (it's good that I decided to dial it).Well, after the 4th time, the vacuum cleaner worked exactly 1 cycle.They offered to send it for examination, but by that time the warranty had come to an end due to the fact that it was extended only for the duration of the stay in the service.That is, the warranty is not extended for the time of delivery, which is an average of 1-1.5 weeks. As for the level of cleaning of the vacuum cleaner itself, this is of course a class, if of course you close your eyes to its marriage and service. As a result, I disassembled the vacuum cleaner and took the battery to my friend the electrician, he determined in 10 minutes that two batteries were out of order…
