We bought a watch for a child, the most important function was so that the child could use it to make a call. In the evening, the strap broke by itself, but apart from this, it is unclear how the sensor on the watch itself worked, the calls were not made, then on the 10th attempt it could have been done, but even then it was not possible to finish this call from the watch. We definitely decided to return them, but not only did the salesman start saying in a raised voice that he would not take the watch back, that the straps were consumables and it was normal that it tore in a few hours, but the service center called and said that the watch was working and if I needed anything-If I don't like it, I can apply to an independent expert examination. In general, no watches, no money
