I rarely write reviews. But it's been simmering for a long time and more than one purchase. I must say right away, to consultants and availability in the store (as many write) no questions, I always chose online. There are a lot of goods, the eyes run away, you can choose for every taste and purse. But with ONE condition - if you are unlucky, you will lose money and you will be without goods. Delivery (paid, for a moment) is a separate story... Exactly during working hours, they warn you after 9 p.m. by text message at what time they will arrive tomorrow, the courier is just a driver (with a temple, armless, infirm and with everything sick) from a third-party organization. I had to carry the washing machine myself, since the private house and good neighbors helped. Take care of your nerves, do not use such buns! Yes, when the equipment is working, everything is great. There are a lot of little things at home and not so much, bought here and everything is fine with them, it's been working for 7 years, something for 2-3 years. It worked, thanks for that! And now about the sad part. About 2 years ago, I bought a clothes steamer. After a couple of days, the backlight started flashing, as if something was wrong, and I took it to the store. The consultant turned it on and saw for himself, I also showed the video. The result is 2 weeks of rides and a conclusion from the service center "no malfunctions detected." When I picked up the goods after the service, there was not even a trace that the steamer had been opened. The consultant, the same one who accepted, spread his hands. As a result, the steamer died after a year. He blinked constantly. Even if the price was not space, 150 rubles, but a serviceable technique should not behave like this. After that, there was a purchase of a washer-dryer. There is a complicated story here, more claims to a multifunctional product or service have not yet been decided. Yes, it works, but through dancing with a tambourine. Due to the 2-year warranty, it is impossible to service the dryer in your city without losing the warranty. I went to Minsk 4 times for a paid procedure for cleaning the blades from wool (there is a cat and a dog at home, and no matter how you shake things before washing, the wool gets there anyway). After the last such service, the side wall was bent during transportation and the connection point of the front panel was broken by tightening the screw. They argued that it "does not affect the functionality" and presented 100 bonus points as an apology. Already this year, a cleaning vacuum cleaner for furniture was purchased. Literally worked 2 times and flowed from below on the third power-up. I went to the service. Conclusion - denial of warranty, water got into the engine. And the assumption that I was shaking a working vacuum cleaner or had installed the tanks incorrectly (the first is, of course, an original statement, and the second is impossible by design). This story didn't end so easily. On the phone, I was refused even a paid repair (while the vacuum cleaner was still in the SC), with the words - we will return it to you, and then fix it yourself as you want. And here, for a moment, is a direct violation of the law on consumer protection. No negotiations with them have led to anything. Now I will send this unit to Minsk to the forensic expert commission for examination to prove my case, or guilt. I don't know how it will be. The equipment is almost 500 rubles. It is already a matter of principle to complete and terminate the purchase and sale agreement. Do I plan to purchase anything else here? Definitely no more than a phone case, cable, or smart light bulb (and that's questionable....). The sediment is unpleasant. But this is the policy of the store owner himself. I hope my experience will help justice prevail! And at least someone will warn against global purchases here. I'm responding to your response. I described everything as it is. And she wrote about the bonus points. And about the fact that there are many devices that work fine for me. But shopping with you is like playing Russian roulette. Either he's dead or he's gone. I have had such an experience with you. Of course, it is of particular interest that you do not comment on the case of the cleaning vacuum cleaner. To be honest, when the situation with the steamer occurred, I thought - well, it happens. But when he died recently, the puzzle took shape. And the conclusion was made. Your guarantee is almost an empty phrase. According to the comments of other users, this trend can also be traced. Sorry. You are not the only store that sells appliances. And believe me...I've only had such warranty situations with you.
