This restaurant is real Uzbek national one and has got great food and brilliant service. I always have lunch and dinner in this restaurant. It’s a halal place. No alcohol and no smoking. Super.

**Terrible experience with disgusting kebab and ignorant management**
I recently had one of the worst dinners at [Restaurant Name]. From start to finish, it was an absolute disappointment, with the most disgusting kebab and shockingly ignorant management.
Upon arrival, the atmosphere seemed promising, but this was the only positive aspect of my visit. I ordered a kebab, expecting a delicious and flavorful dish. Instead, I was served a wet, tasteless mass, which did not correspond at all to the idea of a kebab. The meat had a strange taste, as if it had gone bad, and the spices were almost not felt. The overall presentation of the dish was extremely unappetizing.
I politely turned to the manager with the hope of solving the problem. Unfortunately, the manager's reaction was dismissive and rude. He showed no concern for the quality of the food or my displeasure. Instead of solving the problem, he arrogantly brushed off my complaints and offered neither compensation nor an apology.
This level of ignorance and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I left the restaurant feeling extremely disappointed and regretful about my choice. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value good food and decent customer service.

Наивкуснейшая узбекская кухня! Мы всегда с друзьями приезжаем туда поесть когда есть свободное время. Постараюсь объяснить почему звёзды всего 4.
Официанты мало того что заставляют порой подождать, так и видимо не полноценно передают заказ на кухню. И вот почему я так думаю, наш любимы салат Ачичук и мы всегда просим его сделать острым. Мало того что они этого не делают, так после переделки перец просто лежит сверху и и салат не замешан, а это мне кажется главное в том когда просят сделать острым.

Лучший молотый шашлык Ташкента! Вот, правда. Много где ходил пробовал, но именно здесь в кийма-кабоб ни разу не было хрящей, запаха несвежего мяса, пересола и других неприятных нюансов. В некоторых шашлычках молотый делают почти как детское питание, никакой текстуры. А в "Анжире" - поямо топ!
Остальные блюда тоже на очень достойном уровне. Немного дороговато, зато порции большие.
Для новичков может быть не очень понятно, как там поесть и заплатить)) заходите, садитесь за любой стол, к вам подлетает официант, говорите ему всё, что хотите заказать (или показываете на их меню). Просите счёт (после трапезы или лучше, когда принесут последнее ваше блюдо). Вам дают чек (там за обслуживание включают 10%). С этим чеком идёте на выход и там на кассе расплачиваетесь наличкой или картой. Официантам не надо давать деньги или просить терминал, сами на выходе расплачиваетесь) Такая вот особенность.
Не спешите заказывать много, порция может оказаться очень большой! Как правило, есть всё, что в меню, но бывает, заканчивается. Официант вам об этом оперативно сообщит, просто выберите что-то другое.
Пртходят и семьями с детьми, и парами и по бизнесу. Алкоголя нет, что несомненно плюс!
Кроме шашлыка, рекомендую попробовать Каза-шурва обжигающая в горшочках, курица табака (порция, не кг), хон-хоним, лагман любой, салат цезарь. Ну и плов, само-собой (обычно заканчивается во второй половине дня).
Напитки отличные! От скромного чая за 2000сум, до свежевыжатого гранатового сока.
Хозяину посоветовал бы немного "убавить заботу о гостях". Не всегда приятно, когда посреди трапезы к тебе подходит официант, чтобы забрать только что смятую салфетку, или утащить ОДИН пустой шампур, когда на моей тарелке ещё три целых шампура.

Иногда хочется шашлыка, выхожу из дома и тут Анжир кафе! Бываю редко, но метко, шашлыки скажу вам, неплохие, цена и качество на уровне, так же понравились салаты, но слегка дороговато, по моему мнению! Обслуживания так такого нет, но оно и не нужно, всегда на вынос беру! В принципе вкусно, 4 из 5, и то с натяжкой!

Самое главное хочется отметить есть стоянка со стоянщиком, персонал приветственный, подчеркивает узбекский национальный стиль, еда вкусная, выбора много. Интерьер обычный, атмосфера стандартного общепита.
Четыре звёзды из-за кассы один сотрудник всего, очень неприветливый и отвечает грубовато. В остальном заведение для обычного посещения.

Еда вкусная но 1 раз шурпу принесли переваренную и она ещё была какой-то подгарелой. Нужно отдать должное одминистоатор быстро заменил на другое блюдо. Поэтому и 4 звёзды. В целом хорошо всё есть кабинки там отдельное место для компании по есть по болтать совсем не плохо даже хорошо. Официанты работают быстро не смотря на то что вечером обычно много людей.
Есть место для парковки во дворе с наружи перед входом с боку от завидения в том числе еда вкусная дизайн восточный . Столы чистые и само завидение приятное . Кухня узбекская есть ещё и бешбормак.
